Nakon postupka prohodnje jajovoda, koju inace rade u iznajmljenom prostoru druge klinike, morala sam odmah ustati i sama se prevesti u njihovu pravu kliniku. Tu si mi naravno odmah naplatili uslugu i rekli mi da sacekam u kancelariji, da ce doci doktor da mi kaze misljenje. Cekala sam punih sat vremena u prehladnoj kancelariji, da bi se ispostavilo da su me doktori zaboravili i da su zapravo krenuli kuci i da zatvore kliniku. Muz ih je zatekao u holu klinike, raspremljene. Tek kada ih je pitao za mene sjetili su se da im je ostao jedan pacijent na spratu i da ceka. Bitan im je samo novac, u istom terminu prohodnje jajovoda naruce po 10 zena i onda ih rade kao na traci. Od njih mi je ostala samo trauma i bakterija, jer naravno nisu uradili ni testove briseva prije prohodnje jajovoda. Izbjegavati u sirokom luku.

Na osnovu mog ličnog iskustva, ne mogu preporučiti ovu kliniku.
Na IVF sam došla sa kompletnom medicinskom dokumentacijom iz Offenbach IVF centra (Nemačka), u kojoj je navedeno: prethodna infekcija Chlamydia, prisustvo ciste i sumnja na hidrosalpinx, uz preporuku laparoskopske operacije pre IVF-a.

U ovoj klinici mi je rečeno da operacija „nije potrebna“ i urađen je IVF koji, nažalost, nije uspeo. Nakon neuspeha, predloženo mi je da se postupak odmah ponovi, bez dodatnih objašnjenja ili razjašnjavanja navedenih nalaza.

Kada smo kasnije tražili objašnjenje kako je moguće raditi IVF uprkos dokumentaciji koja ukazuje na hidrosalpinx, komunikacija je postala neprijatna, a odbijeno mi je da se dostavi kompletna medicinska dokumentacija i istorija lečenja, uz pitanje „otkud vi to znate“.

Smatram da pacijenti imaju pravo na potpunu transparentnost, jasno objašnjenje odluka i pristup kompletnoj medicinskoj dokumentaciji, posebno kod dijagnoza koje direktno utiču na uspeh IVF postupka.
Nažalost, moje poverenje u ovu kliniku je time u potpunosti izgubljeno
