Patients appreciate the clinic's commitment to transparency and thoroughness when explaining treatment options. Many found the initial consultations and the subsequent journey of egg retrievals and transfers to be well-structured and guided, which alleviated much of the anxiety associated with the unknowns of fertility treatments. - Timely communication from care teams
A number of patients noted how quickly they received responses from their doctors and nurses, particularly when it came to urgent concerns. The ability to reach out via email and get quick callbacks was especially highlighted as a significant benefit during an emotionally challenging time. - Comfortable environment during procedures

What to watch out for at Atlanta Center for Reproductive Medicine?
- Frustrating communication with administrative staff
Many patients voiced significant frustration regarding the clinic's administrative communication, particularly with the billing department. Instances of mismanaged billing inquiries and challenges in obtaining timely responses were common, leading to feelings of neglect and dissatisfaction. - Bureaucratic inefficiencies in scheduling
Patients frequently reported chaotic scheduling experiences, with appointments canceled without notice and difficulty in establishing a line of communication with the scheduling team. This disorganization can exacerbate the stress of patients already facing emotional challenges due to fertility issues. - Billing errors and lack of responsiveness
Numerous reviews indicated that after extensive treatments, patients encountered ongoing billing errors that were difficult to rectify. Complaints about the lack of follow-up and support from the finance department intensified dissatisfaction and distrust among patients. - Concerns regarding weight discrimination
Some patients felt discriminated against due to weight policies affecting treatment options. Instances were reported where certain procedures were denied based simply on BMI scores, prompting a wish for a more flexible and understanding approach during sensitive times. - Mixed experiences with front desk interactions
Feedback about the front desk staff indicated variability in attentiveness and friendliness. While some patients found them helpful and welcoming, others experienced dismissive attitudes and perceived inadequacy in the reception team's capability to address their concerns efficiently.

I could not have asked for a better experience!! I was very nervous and emotional when deciding to freeze my eggs, but Dr. Patel was very warm and empathetic which put me at ease. ACRM was the third office I had a consultation with across a few years and I finally felt comfortable enough to go through with the process. Every single person I interacted with from the nurses to the front desk personnel was kind and professional. This was very important to me because the egg freezing process is already mentally/physically difficult as it is.
I ended up with a better result than I hoped for. Even if I didn’t, I fully trust this office and will be referring anyone interested in the egg freezing/IVF process to ACRM!
Highly recommend ACRM for anyone struggling with infertility. My husband and I came to ACRM shortly after our wedding last March and this March we welcomed our healthy baby boy into the world. Dr. Patel and her care team were amazing through every step of our IVF journey and really put our minds at ease when complications arose. We are so thankful to all the Drs and staff at ACRM for helping us start our family.

And we did 🙂
My husband and I had an excellent experience under the care of Dr.Fogle and the ACRM care and lab teams. Dr.Fogle kept us honest and informed with facts, and let us lead the pace as we progressed through diagnosis, TTC without assistance, IUIs, and eventually IVF with the same compassionate care as if we were family. Once ready for IVF, we were impressed by the efficiency and level of care from every member of the team here. I felt so sure that I was getting the best treatment by the most qualified practice. As I am approaching the end of my first trimester after a successful first FET, I am forever thankful for ACRM and highly recommend this practice. God willing, we will be back for the next baby 🤍
When my husband and I had a difficult time conceiving our second child, we reached out to ACRM for the next steps in growing our family. ACRM was amazing in getting us in for an appointment quickly. We met with Dr. Tiegs who held our hand throughout our 1.5 year journey. She is so compassionate, knowledgeable and always the biggest cheerleader for her patients! Our daughter is now 4 weeks old and we are so thankful for all that Dr. Tiegs and the ACRM team did for us. We can’t imagine going through this process with anyone else.
The ACRM office / surgical suite is top notch and the office runs so efficiently!
We had a great experience with ACRM and cannot say enough good things about the doctors here. Dr. Patel was our primary RE — she has wonderful bedside manner, made us feel supported throughout the process, and refused to give up on us when cycles didn’t go as planned. Dr. Calhoun did our embryo transfer and was equally incredible. Also, a special shoutout to the embryologist(s) who made us one super cute baby 🙂 Thank you, ACRM, for helping us start our family!
I came to this clinic filled with fear and uncertainty, never imagining I would face fertility challenges. From my very first contact, the care I received was exceptional. I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Patel, who took the time during our first appointment to thoroughly explain my medical situation, discuss my options, and answer all my questions, giving me so much hope.
Dr. Patel is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and truly a blessing. My IVF journey was intense, but the entire team at this clinic made it so much easier. They pay attention to every detail, maintain excellent and professional communication, and provide compassionate care.
I am deeply grateful for this amazing team—they are instruments of God on earth, and I will always appreciate the wonderful experience I had here.
We used ACRM to try to troubleshoot our unexplained infertility issues when trying to conceive a second baby in 2023 after our struggles trying to conceive our first baby. While I was a patient the staff were lovely and the doctors were wonderful. I had one very off-putting experience where a man who was there with another patient walked into the exam room in the middle of an exam while I was on the table with my legs in stirrups and wide open to the world. The tech and nurse handled it well but it never really sat right with me. Shortly after, we conceived again, but it ended in our fourth miscarriage. At that point we knew we needed to stop trying. I had a D&C through ACRM and everyone involved in the process was professional and kind. But after the fact, I received monthly reminders on the form of a statement that was sent saying simultaneously my insurance owed money but that there was a negative balance on my account because I had overpaid. Once my insurance paid, I was told I had a refund check ready for me, right around the one year anniversary of my D&C. They asked if I would like to pick it up in person or have it mailed to me. I didn’t feel like going in person when the office holds so many traumatic memories for me, so I asked for it to be mailed and was told the front desk would send it. Weeks later, it still hadn’t arrived, so I followed up and heard nothing back. After another month or so, I finally got through to someone again and they said the check was at the front desk for me (even though they had said it was mailed months earlier). I tried to pick it up in person, but then it had been so long that the original check had to be voided and I waited nearly an hour in the office just to be told it wouldn’t be ready that day. Three months later I am still trying to get them to refund me what they owe me. So overall, decent experience as long as you’re a patient. Just make sure you don’t overpay, so far it seems like you might not be able to get a refund if you do.
I wanted to take a moment to share our heartfelt gratitude for Dr. Fogle, our fertility doctor, who played an instrumental role in our IVF journey. From the very beginning, we expressed our preference to discuss the process in terms of probability and statistics rather than emotions, and Dr. Fogle truly appreciated our candidness. She consistently communicated with us in those terms, which made us feel understood and supported throughout the entire process.
Dr. Fogle’s extensive knowledge and expertise were invaluable as she guided us through each step, helping us understand our chances of success and presenting all available options. Her ability to break down complex information into understandable terms was incredibly helpful and reassuring.
We’re thrilled to share that on November 2nd, 2024, after three attempts, we welcomed our beautiful daughter into the world. This joyous moment would not have been possible without Dr. Fogle’s unwavering support and dedication. We are forever grateful for her guidance and the positive impact she has had on our lives.
Thank you once again for everything.
We used ACRM’s team for 4 IUIs, 1 egg retrieval cycle and 1 transfer. Dr Calhoun and her staff were incredible- largely they found through ultrasounds of my ovaries and testing of my husband that we had multiple battles to solve but we crossed all of them! We welcomed a baby girl around Thanksgiving and couldn’t be happier. I also appreciated that Dr. Calhoun listened to any symptoms I was experiencing from the IVF meds and helped ensure we had a safe and successful transfer cycle. We are so happy with ACRM.
