Got a complimentary Care Card from my OBGYN and scheduled a virtual New Patient Consultation. Our appointment was suppose to be on a Monday. Friday morning I got an email that I need to fill out some medical forms. The same afternoon I got a phone call where I was notified that for my insurance they would be out of network and I would have to pay $300. I was shocked for a moment and asked them to cancel my appointment. Little bit later gave them a call back and told them about the card where it clearly states there will be no cost for the initial New Patient consultation. Nowhere is mentioned that it goes with only acceptable insurance carriers. It seemed that they had no idea about this card and kept telling me we still have to pay if we would like to have the consultation still. No, thank you! We know that our insurance does not cover IVF and were trying to see how much it would cost us and what would be our possibilities. Very angry and dissapointed in false advertisment at such time in our lives.

After failed IVF transfers, we sought out ACRM and Dr. Fogle's team to guide our next IVF journey. Thank goodness we did! We had better embryo results, we never had to contact our insurance as they took care of everything, and we welcomed our first son all within a year! We have been so happy with the care of not only Dr. Fogle, but all the other doctors we met as well! Thank you ACRM and Dr. Fogle/team for helping us finally become parents 😀

We are thankful for the knowledge, expertise, and care we received from Dr. Calhoun and the entire ACRM family. While Dr. Calhoun was our primary Dr. And she was the one who set our successful protocol, we were treated by several of the Dr.'s at the Perimeter location. We are grateful that we now have our health and strong baby boy as a result of the exceptional care we received!

Not a great experience. Although they were nice, they were extremely unorganized regarding billing and lacked communication. Now, years later, they are telling me I have been charged for storage that my wife and I signed the disposal form for when we completed our treatment. This adds insult to injury and they refuse to even entertain that they are in the wrong and actually look into it. They are the most disorganized billing office I have ever worked with, but they are right on this????? Now I cant even get ahold of them. I would not recommend.
