User received incorrect bill, experienced poor communication with ACRM, but received prompt resolution from Chantise, Patient Support.

I received a bill for $2.71. I accidentally made a payment for $271. Honest mistake. I called ACRM to clear up the accident I made and was told someone in accounts receivable would call me back. I didnt not receive a call, so I started a dispute with my bank. My bank attempted to contact ACRM to dispute it.... TWICE. And im sure you could guess, im still out $268.29. Edit: Chantise from the Patient Support was able to resolve this issue for me very promptly once she was made aware of it. Thank you again Chantise!

This reviewer had a failed IVF experience with Dr. Kathryn Calhoun and her team, incurring significant costs and emotional distress. The clinic's scheduling errors and refusal to accept full responsibility led to the failure of procedures. The reviewer ad

1 Star We spent over $5,000 at ACRM—lab fees, doctor bills, scans, and tests—only to be failed by Dr. Kathryn Calhoun and her team twice. Despite sending clear, time-sensitive ovulation test results and asking for prompt appointments, they delayed us until after ovulation, making the IUIs we were preparing for completely unviable. We trusted Dr. Calhoun with our care during one of the most emotionally vulnerable times in our lives. Instead, we were charged thousands for procedures that were never performed due to their own scheduling errors. After multiple follow-ups, she offered a partial refund but refused to accept full responsibility. This was not just a financial loss—it was a painful emotional setback. If you're seeking fertility care, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. If this review helps you, please give it a like so others can be warned.
