This fertility clinic has poor quality staff and unprofessional services.

The worst most unprofessional fertility clinic. Everyone working here says something different. None of the nurses know what they are doing or saying to the patients. PEOPLE DONT WAIST YOUR TIME AND TAKE ON THE UNNECESSARY STRESS DEALING WITH THEM. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. TRUST ME.

The entire team was amazing to deal with. Having had many appointments at Mississauga, Brampton and Bolton locations, I would recommend Astra to anyone looking to start a family.

If I could give them a zero star review I would. The biggest frustration with them is that test results are never properly shared and there is huge miscommunication between their staff. Because of this, weve had to re-do countless tests and at this point we are now finding other fertility clinics. I would not recommend Astra even if it's close to your home. Child birth and planning should be a happy experience for your family and Astra has made it a negative one for us.

ASTRA Fertility Clinic had poor communication, unprofessional staff, and lack of empathy. The clinic was unable to provide clear information or results, making the process stressful and frustrating.

We started visiting ASTRA Fertility Clinic around March–April to explore our fertility options, and from the very beginning, the experience was extremely disappointing. The communication from the staff was consistently poor. It felt like they were just going through the motions, not genuinely interested in helping couples during what is already an emotionally difficult journey. The staff lacked empathy, professionalism, and basic courtesy. This is unacceptable in a field that deals so closely with sensitive and personal issues. We were called in early mornings almost every week for testing, yet there was no clarity from the doctor or staff about what was being done or why. Results were never properly shared, and we were left in the dark throughout the process. It felt like they were more interested in billing the government than actually helping patients. The attitude of the staff was appalling. Nurse Linda was extremely rude and dismissive, making the experience even more stressful. One of the receptionists was also unfriendly and very much unhelpful, adding to the frustration. Overall, ASTRA failed us in every way that matters. I would strongly advise couples to avoid this clinic if they value their time, emotional well-being and want genuine support. This place is not where you’ll find it.

Poor customer service at the Mississauga location, but doctor and staff are kind and knowledgeable.

The doctor itself is very knowledgeable and kind. Unfortunately based on what I have seen in other reviews for the Mississauga location I have to agree that the customer service is awful and Jacquie the lady at the reception is very impolite and rude. She lacks customer service when reaching out to patients via email, she doesn't pick up the phone when calling the clinic, and she doesn't let you talk when calling back to book appointments. I honestly don't understand how a person that lacks basic skills required for customer service interaction can be in such position for this clinic. I sincerly hope this part of the clinic improves as the location is great, the staff performing the tests is very responsive and the doctor very kind and properly trained.
