I am incredibly grateful to Dr Amanda Michael for her exceptional care throughout my pregnancy. From the very first appointment, she made me feel heard, supported, and comfortable. Every check-up was thorough, and she always took the time to answer my questions and explain everything in detail. As due date was approaching she also told me when to rush to the hospital, like things i need to look for. Receptionist was also kind and welcoming during every appointment. When it came time for delivery (Luckily it was her shift when i went into labour), everything went so smoothly, thanks to Dr Amanda Michael and the amazing staff at hospital. They made me feel calm and supported throughout the delivery process, turning what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and positive one. I highly recommend Dr. Amanda michael to everyone who is expecting.

I was extremely disappointed by how my pregnancy was handled as a first time mother. I was referred to Dr Amanda Michael but as she was not available another doctor Laura Cancelleire saw me durign the pregnancy. She never explained why she is ordering the tests and then never discussed the results. I have been worried during my entire pregnancy specially during the end . She never explained why she sent me for numerous ultrasounds and also for the NST. She booked me for an induction without explaining about the process. She booked me for induction on a date telling me that she will be on call that day however she was not. She would have atleast informed me or changed the date. As i was for 2 days at the Brampton civic hospital, even after being on call the next day of my induction, she never even came to visit me. When i tried to book an appointment for my 6 week pp visit, she was not available untill 12 weeks. I had to finally visit my family doctor at 6 weeks. to see if i was healed properly due to my c section. I would never recommend Dr Laura cancelliere to handle anyone's pregnancy. Such a casual behavior towards a first time mom that i won't forget the anxiety i had while she was my OB.

Excellent service at the front desk - the ladies were very nice and cooperative. The ultrasound doctors were equally wonderful, very nice and sweet. Highly recommended!
