I was excited to see them to start my family journey. They canceled my appointment and text a random number I never verified. Be sure to use your personal cell phone or you wont be notified an appointment you've been waiting over a month for has been canceled. When you speak to the office manager the only help you'll get is,"Im sorry, we can schedule you another appointment". There are multiple sites you need to go to and fill out paper work. If they assume information youll never get it, youll take off work and have to call them to even find out they canceled your appointment. If they cant get something as simple as paperwork correct, Im not trusting them with anything related to my body. Felt like another number and with the amount of money they make per person, its sadly just the way things are.
