After being shuffled from specialist to specialist, most of whom dismissed recurring issues with my reproductive health, my consult with Dr.Browne was like a breath of fresh air. She listened when I explained our history and circumstances, and responded with the utmost compassion and empathy before discussing any follow up.
I left the appointment feeling hopeful for the first time in a long time. I definitely felt the inclusivity and acceptance of being a member of the LGBTQ+ community.

I switched to Aspire from Fertility Center Of San Antonio. While FCSA was okay, Aspire makes me feel like a actual patient and not a number. I have tons of questions and I appreciate that my nurse and doctor take the time to answer them for me. The only thing that can improve is the phone system. There's been a few times where I've missed a call and their VM asks to call back. I can never get ahold of someone unless I go through the new patient line /: I feel bad having to do that but it's the only way. Even the girls who answer tell me it's okay, others have to do the same thing as well. I'm glad they are happy to help. Same thing if I'm running late- I was stuck in traffic and wanted to call to let them know I was going to be about 5-10min late due to 1604 traffic. I Couldn't get ahold of anyone going through the current patient line, I had to call the new patient one to have them let my doctor know I was running late. Update 12/19 I needed to speak to the on call doctor on a Saturday. Because the clinic is open for a few hours I couldn't get the phone system to give me the prompt for the on call doctor. I called 13 times and was not able to get ahold of anyone. I ended up having to wait until they closed for the day before I could finally get in touch with the doctor. I tried to send a message on the portal, no one replied until the next day. I really do like this clinic, I just wish it wasn't impossible to get ahold of someone 😕
