From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is incredibly warm and welcoming. Fertility treatments can be emotionally and physically exhausting, and feeling safe and supported makes all the difference. At ART, I truly feel that I am in good hands.
The doctors (Dr. Laura Melado, Dr. Francisco, Dr Barbara) are not only highly skilled but also patient and compassionate. They take the time to explain everything clearly and treat each case with care and attention. My journey is unique, and my body responds differently to stimulations, but my doctors are carefully adjusting the treatment plan and doing everything possible to achieve the best outcome for me.
I also want to commend the entire team — from reception (Ms Rana and Badia) to the finance staff (Abishek and Praveeth), and especially the nurses (Roseline, Ashley, Cherrybel, Junaly, Nina, Ola and also Lena, Arianne, Mj, Kisha and to everyone) . Everyone is professional, kind, and genuinely customer-oriented. You can truly feel that they care, and that makes such a difference during such a sensitive time.
