I am undergoing cryopreservation treatment, and although the medical care is exceptional, the clinic's structure/logistics have left much to be desired as a specialized human reproduction center. For the third time, the medication needed for the treatment was out of stock at the clinic. It is neither reasonable nor acceptable that a reproduction clinic that offers, at least contractually, full support for the treatment, waits for the necessary medication to run out before placing a new order. This negligent conduct by the clinic negatively affects the patient, the medical treatment, and causes various damages that go beyond mere annoyance. On the other two occasions, I had to travel to another clinic to obtain the medication. This time, the trip also caused me several professional losses, as I missed important appointments. As if that weren't enough, there is also the financial loss and emotional distress resulting from all this trouble. Unfortunately, this terrible experience makes me advise against recommending the clinic.

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with the clinic due to such a lack of consideration. My partner's appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM, and by 11:40 AM she still hadn't been called, and there was someone ahead of us. I went with high expectations and left very frustrated without the appointment. I confess that if I had read the reviews here on Google before scheduling, I wouldn't have gone to this clinic at all.
