Unfortunately, I had a very heartbreaking and frustrating experience here. I had my first round of IVF at this clinic and drove from Arkansas for my appointments. I did make it very clear I preferred a frozen transfer and to genetically test my embryos. I did not want to rush the process, and I wanted to do everything possible to increase my odds of success. I was not listened to. The entire process was rushed, and my husband and I were pressured to do a fresh transfer. I was recommended to do things like a betadine douche that is really not commonplace practice anymore and outdated. When the transfer of two embryos completely failed, then I was then told let’s do a frozen transfer and try a biopsy next time. I asked about growth hormone to increase egg quality, and that was suggested it wasn’t tried first as it is too expensive. Wasting $30,000 on a failed round is much more expensive than adding another medication that can help. I was extremely depressed after this. Auxiliary staff treated us unprofessionally at times, like when asked about medication education it was too much trouble to discuss this. I was successful my first attempt at KindBody, and am thankful I got a second opinion. I now have a 2.5 month old I am incredibly thankful for.
