BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THESE PEOPLE! Currently going through the process with them, so many hidden fees and additional exams that they don’t tell you about. Be prepared to spend much more than they tell you in the beginning. We wanted two embryos only for them to tell us they couldn’t do it anymore due to a new insurance policy. They know you won’t stop the process once you start so they take advantage of that fact. Once our process is done I want nothing else from these deceiving doctors.

Dr. Moffitt and the entire team at ARMS are truly exceptional. IVF is an incredibly difficult, emotional, and overwhelming journey, and choosing the right doctor and clinic makes all the difference. From the very first appointment, Dr. Moffitt was compassionate, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain each step, answer every question, and help us feel grounded during a process that can feel so uncertain. The nurses and staff at ARMS were just as amazing—kind, patient, and supportive on the hard days and the hopeful ones. IVF is not easy physically or emotionally, but having a team that genuinely cares makes it manageable and gives you confidence to keep going. Because of Dr. Moffitt and his team, our first miracle is now 10 months old, and we are endlessly grateful. Every injection, appointment, and anxious moment was worth it, and we will always be thankful to ARMS for helping make our dream of becoming parents come true. We highly recommend Dr. Moffitt and ARMS to anyone considering IVF

I called to schedule with them and I think talking to my accountant about IVF would be more educated and helpful than their front desk team. The woman assumed my sexuality, messed up every detail I gave her (I said 310 she said 103.. etc), couldn’t pronounce the word embryo, and had no idea what a transfer cycle is. SCARY. Immediately decided to not book appt. I’d encourage you to get better front desk people because it’s deterring.

A mixed experience with poor communication and friendly staff, including Cynthia and Yesenia at the front desk and Doctor Linda who was nice and smiling.

I visited the office for the first time today, it was some miscommunication but the front desk Cynthia and the manager Yesenia were very nice and helpful. Problem was as solved and we were able to see the Doctor Linda that she was very nice and smiling all the time.
