Dr Reshef and Nurse Maggie were AMAZING! I can’t say enough great things about this clinic and staff. I always felt welcomed and at home through a tough journey. They both always answered my questions and stayed positive throughout the fertility process. I will be recommending Dr Reshef and his staff to everyone and anyone who is going through infertility. One of the best doctors I have seen in a while this place truly cares.

I cannot say enough good things – or give more thanks – to the team at ACFS. We saw Dr Lipskind for most of our journey, other than 2 appointments where we saw Dr Rashef, who was also great (due to scheduling conflicts on our end).

To start off with the staff – front desk, nursing team, phlebotomists, billing – you all made this journey that much more special. The front desk staff remembered me by name at every single appointment, wished us luck, and even felt sadness with us when they saw us come back after a failed treatment. You see a lot of the phlebotomists during fertility treatments, and they are always there and ready, chatting and in great moods. I’m a very hard stick – and they never once made me feel bad or difficult.

The billing team was great, especially during our initial consults when I had questions about what my insurance covered. When we were getting close to the end of our deductible, they were quick to answer questions which helped me determine which route we’d need to take next. And lastly, but certainly not least, the nursing team – all I can say is WOW. Best bedside manners, able to answer any questions thoroughly, and responded to portal messages quickly. They truly were the sweetest ladies – and I cannot say enough good things.

Dr Lipskind is the most thorough, thoughtful, and kind doctor you will ever see. He’s been in the patients shoes of infertility, and I think that makes him even more compassionate. From our first consult he was able to discover more on possible concerns than any doctor in five years had. He got both my husband and I on medications right away to correct the concerns he was seeing – and we mutually agreed on a plan and timeline we all felt comfortable with. Once we were ready, we followed his proposed treatment protocol. Our first IUI was unsuccessful, but our second worked.

Dr Lipskind always made sure I was comfortable, and safe. They watched our growing pregnancy extremely close (which after 3 miscarriages was welcomed). Even after they released us to our OB, we had a small scare where some bleeding occurred, and we couldn’t get into the OB, they told us to come back and get checked out – and told us we were welcome anytime we needed anything.

Because of this clinic, and their skills, kindness, and knowledge, we have a beautiful son. Should we not be able to get pregnant on our own next time, we will 100% not hesitate to make an appointment with this team.

I had a Skype appointment with Dr Kummer. I was advised at the end of the appointment that that the office would call me to schedule the next step in the process. I never received a call from the facility. I waited 2 weeks and then reached out again asking to schedule an appointment. I was transferred to a voicemail where I left a message indicating I was ready to proceed with the next steps and would like to schedule an appointment. I never received a call back.

Having to seek fertility treatment and getting the door slammed in your face is despicable. Yes, I could have reached out once again to try and get an appointment but the proof is in the pudding. If they were so dismissive of me in the beginning, it would be very likely they would treat me this way moving forward.

Your fertility journey is important! I would seek assistance elsewhere.

I had been told, “Nature is telling you no and you should find out why.”
There were other comments made to me in my telehealth appointment with Dr. Patel in 2022 with poor bedside manner. I’m grateful I didn’t let his comments ruin our spirit. I stopped and sought out a fertility naturopath after that appointment. I now know 3 friends who’ve had nearly identical experiences to me with Dr. Patel. I’m not usually a sensitive person, but frustrations with your fertility are common if you’re being referred to a fertility doctor.

While communication via reception and front office was a challenge at the beginning of our IVF journey and we had to be persistent, we are very grateful we stuck with ACFS as the medical team is the best in the Valley.

We are now 28 weeks pregnant with our rainbow baby via IVF after a successful first transfer and we are eternally grateful to Dr. Kummer, Sandy and team. In fact, at the time of our FET, they had had 40+ consecutive successful transfers as a clinic.

I have had a bad experience with this clinic due to its staff. I would say Dr Patel is great but that is not the person you mainly deal with.

I had coverage concerns in order to schedule a round and fortunately we have options where I can switch my insurances for a better scenario. I was asking the financial coordinator Libby specific questions that I felt she was not listening to or cared enough to listen to. She was very rude and I don’t understand how people that have serious journeys to start or continue to grow their family would have be in the position to speak to someone who isn’t helpful or rude.

I was also called at 2pm to pay for a copay that had to be collected no later than 3pm the same day to keep an appointment.

Very poor communication and patient experience

We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding care we received at ACFS during our IVF journey. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt welcomed and supported by the entire team, especially our nurse Chelsea Johnson.

Navigating IVF can be a challenging and emotional process, but Nurse Chelsea made it so much easier with her compassionate and attentive approach. She was always available to answer our questions, no matter how big or small, and her thorough explanations helped us understand each step of the treatment. Her empathy and kindness were a constant source of comfort during the ups and downs of our journey.

Dr. Patel and the entire staff at ACFS demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and expertise. We felt confident in the hands of such a knowledgeable and dedicated team. They provided personalized care, tailored to our specific needs, which made all the difference.

Chelsea went above and beyond to ensure we felt supported. Her positive attitude and genuine care made every visit a positive experience. She was not just a nurse but a true partner in our journey, offering both medical and emotional support.

Thanks to the incredible team at ACFS we are now expecting our miracle baby. We can’t thank Dr. Patel, Nurse Chelsea, and the entire staff enough for their dedication and support. If you’re considering IVF, I highly recommend ACFS for their exceptional care and compassionate approach.

A Disappointing Fertility Clinic Experience

Our journey with this clinic was frustrating from start to finish. Here’s why we can’t recommend them:

* Poor Communication: After scheduling an appointment 1.5 months out, they went radio silent. We left five unanswered messages trying to ensure they had our health records.

* Last-Minute Demands: Two days before our appointment, they left a voicemail demanding full payment by noon that same day.

* Dismissive Attitude: When we expressed concerns about their lack of responsiveness, we were told, “Well, we are busy.” Not exactly the empathy you’d expect in fertility care.

* Red Flags: If they’re too “busy” to return calls for a potential $10k+ transaction, how would they handle actual patient care?

We found another clinic that scheduled and saw us within two weeks, with excellent communication throughout.

Takeaway: Your fertility journey is too important to entrust to a clinic that can’t manage basic communication. We strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Remember, you deserve care providers who value your time, understand your emotions, and respect your investment in this life-changing process.

Would give zero stars if I could. You will be put under for a polyp only to wake up and be told it was gone so it must have “just been tissue”…. $2,000 & missing time from work at my new job… for that. Then you’ll be told you have a small cyst on your ovary but they don’t take care of those. So you’ll go to your OB to have it removed only to wake up from surgery and be told it was the size of a softball and a way bigger deal than the lazy doctor at ACFS told you it was. You’ll get nothing but a lazy answer of ”unexplained infertility” here. After paying thousands out of my own pocket they still want to charge $30 for us to get our own records. You can take my records & eat it. So sad that they take advantage of vulnerable people and put minimal effort if any at all into them. Looked at the labs they ran on me and they were all for STD’s. Bro. I could’ve told you I don’t have an STD. How about running thyroid labs? Checking for bacterial infections/overgrowths like ureaplasma & mycoplasma. That wouldn’t fit your agenda & you’d have to work a little extra though, right?

NEVER USE THIS PRACTICE. The absolute worst billing and provider care. They have taken insurance money for a claim as well as charged us cash pay and kept both (illegal) and they will be reported to the insurance commissioner. If I had the time to stand outside every day of their office and tell people to not go here, I would. It’s that bad. You’ve been warned.

Oh also, ask for an itemized bill. You will get a cryptic excel sheet table format that doesn’t align. Doesn’t make any sense and is not transparent. Absolute scam.
