I have been seeing Dr. Patel and his staff for many many years due to chronic endometriosis (stage 4) and severe infertility as a result. After being told by other doctors since I was 17 to have a hysterectomy and going down the tunnel of lost hopes, I did my research and found Dr. Patel's office. By time I was beaten down emotionally and financially by Other doctors and hospitals through unnecessary treatments and misdiagnosis, I had to be well versed in my condition and I was not very easy to deal with as a result. When I met with Dr. Patel, he had the patience and understanding along with the expertise to guide AND educate me. I really felt heard and seen with his superb bedside manner and he never dropped the ball not once! Even though I was distraught having dealt with endometriosis so severe, I was shocked at his understanding and level of expertise dealing with patients like myself, and it was Not easy whatsoever. But Dr. Patel and Dr. Mark Johnson (at the time) made me feel at ease every step of the way even when I had many doubts. I have gone through rounds of IVF even with minimal success (less than 10%) chances and I have had a son (2017) and twin girls (2021) as a result!! Dreams do come true and my prayers were answered and I thank God for Dr. Patel and his staff. The staff cares and is amazingly attentive and really helpful through the entire process from start to finish. The stress melts away once in his care and I truly believe I would not be able to do it anywhere else. I cannot express my extreme gratitude for AZ Associates staff and Dr. Patel. He really cares about his patients and their family and is an expert in his field! I would never go anywhere else! Thank you Dr. Patel and staff!

Make sure you get several confirmations. Margaret "confirmed" a procedure for me and when I showed up I was not even in their system. 😒 When I heard from her she said I was never confirmed...despite having the confirmation text directly from her.

Dr Patel and his team are organized and top of the industry in professionalism and attention to detail. Best traits - He is top of the industry in his knowledge and wisdom (came from heading Mayo endocrinology prior to starting his practice 20+ years ago). He will not sugar coat/is very straight forward. HUGE bonus is your embroyos stay in house with his top tier embryology team looking after them. We are now pregnant with a little girl! 45 years young with my own eggs! He prepared us for the journey and was very kind with talking us through our lows. Let's be real, IVF is NOT for the easily discouraged. It's heart wrenching, physically, financially, and mentally draining. Dr. Patel, your office and your faith gave us the strength to stay focused. Thank you we will forever be grateful for the gift you made happen. 🤗

Fantastic staff! Really calm your nerves and keep you laughing. They are very efficient and accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and his staff.
