After three unsuccessful attempts, several patients felt the clinic did not proactively suggest additional diagnostics or alternative strategies, leaving them without clear next steps.

  • warning Administrative Communication Gaps

Instances of canceled appointments without proper notice and delayed responses to inquiries have been reported, indicating room for improvement in scheduling and information flow.

  • warning Perceived Profit‑Driven Focus

A few patients described interactions that seemed more oriented toward financial gain than personalized care, noting unsolicited offers for egg donation and a lack of transparent guidance.

Experience of initial consultation was poor. Formality and interest issues. Claim of cancelled appointment was false.

Little formality and no interest. After arriving, the time and day were set, we were told that we had canceled the appointment and that the doctor was in the operating room. Just as I told you—if I had canceled, I wouldn't be here—they'd be more interested in an operation than a free initial consultation.

Excellent experience at IVF clinic with professional staff and clean facility. The team, including Dr. Javier and Patricia, were highly helpful and caring. The only suggestion is to provide healthier food options.

I could not have had a better experience. Thanks to the whole team especially Dr Javier and Patricia (nurse) for taking care of me throughout the whole process of egg freezing. They are highly professional. When I read some reviews about the pricing not being clear I can’t only say that it’s standard you pay for your medicine at the pharmacy, not at the clinic. So whatever price you get add that in ANY clinic. The facility is well kept and clean, with plenty of space. They make you feel at home. If I had to give improvements I would suggest to have healthier food (instead of sweets, some fruit or nuts). Everything else top notch !

IVF clinic has misleading treatment costs and poor communication, however, staff was helpful and costs were €7,000 for the treatment, treatment outcome was unsuccessful but the person became pregnant naturally

When the page came out on Facebook on my wall I decided to rate them by giving my opinion. And oh!!! Surprise, they deleted my comment, so I'll leave it here. Be well informed about your treatment costs because apparently they advertise a treatment for €3,200 when that is not the case. We spent around €7,000 for the entire treatment because they do not inform you that the medications must be purchased by you and they are expensive, as are the tests, at least for me it did not work and I must say that they guarantee nothing. However, two months after the failed puncture, I became pregnant without the need for any assisted process. The only thing I can highlight is the good attention of Dr Javier and the administrative team. But I leave the comment because I hate that they don't inform people and advertise unrealistic costs to attract a niche market that only wants to have the possibility of having a baby in the family. I must say that my little one was already born and does not need any assisted process, perhaps if they had guided me better, I would have taken other help alternatives and not an INVITRO because I did not need it. Thank you !

I have carried out an egg vitrification process with them and I am delighted. At all times, both the administrative staff and the doctors have been super friendly and understanding, giving clear information about each step we were taking. Thanks to my gynecologists Andrea and Javier, and Patricia the nurse as well as the rest of the Amnios team. You are great professionals :)
