Dr Mann was very easy to talk to and allowed me to ask as many questions as I could think of. She made me feel like the questions I had were important, and even though the internet can mislead patients, she did not make me feel bad for doing my own research. She was very intelligent and very helpful.

Dr. Rosenthal and Dr. Mann are absolutely lovely humans. They thoroughly answered any and all questions that I had, and I feel like they actually care about their patients as humans, and not as statistics or dollar signs. I have had a great experience so far, and I am hoping to see that continue!

I have tried scheduling a consultation appointment with them for THREE WEEKS and been unable to get anyone on the phone. My husband managed to get them on the phone and they said "you know IVF is expensive, right?" and he didn't have all of the information that was needed to schedule the appointment. I got all of the information to schedule, took time off of work, and couldn't get them on the phone. Took a break at work, finally got them on the phone, just to be told there's a fee to set up a visit with them. I feel like a lot of time was wasted and God is pulling me in a different direction. I wish I could have had the chance to have a good experience with them, but enough is enough.
