This clinic made me feel welcome since the 1st appointment. The entire team is amazing. Tammy is very nice and polite at front desk, always answers emails and phone calls. Courtney is so sweet and knowledgeable, she makes me feel comfortable and is super helpful with blood withdrawal, medication management, insurance information. Dr. Terri is just awesome! She knows what she’s doing, super attentive and always made sure to suggest the right treatment. Dr. Terri and Dr. Fox were the only doctors that suggested an endometriosis surgery in years of infertility. Got pregnant 1 month after surgery and couldn’t be happier. They’re by far the best fertility clinic you’ll find. Super recommend! UPDATE: We finally welcomed our baby girl! She came to the world a little earlier than expected, but she’s thriving and growing. We’re beyond happy and blessed with our little one and can’t say thank you enough to the whole crew at this clinic!

I truly believe that experiences like this deserve to be shared, especially when they carry so much weight. First, I cannot give enough praise to the entire staff at the Panama City office. They are kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely a joy to be around which means everything when you’re there as often as we were. My wife and I went through multiple rounds of IUI. Unfortunately, they were unsuccessful, and absolutely no fault lies with the team. My body simply wasn’t cooperating the way we hoped. After another consult with Dr. Lipari, he suspected endometriosis something they had mentioned early on. They respected my wishes to continue cycling without surgery first, and while I do have moments of regret, everything became clear once Dr. Lipari performed the surgery and confirmed I have stage 3 endometriosis. From here, it’s only up. And truly, I cannot thank Dr. Lipari and the entire staff enough. They know what they’re doing, they listen, and they make it so comfortable to voice every concern and ask the million questions my wife and I had. If you’re looking for a team that treats you with both expertise and heart this is the place.

I highly recommend for thosoe experiencing infertility to meet with Terri Bishop CNM! With her help and the wonderful doctors in Jacksonville at JCRM, we were able to get pregnant with our first IVF transfer a year ago this month at age 47. We are very thankful for the opportunity to get infertility treatment at our age with Advanced Reproductive Specialist & JCRM when there was other clinics who would not.
