I have been attending this clinic for about 6 months. The teachers and staff were all very kind and knowledgeable, and were there for me when I was worried. Thanks to her, I was able to get pregnant. We worked with this clinic for 6 months. All doctors and staff were very supportive, knowledgeable and kind, and graciously we had a successful experience.

The staff from the office to the nurses are very warm, welcoming, & helpful. Dr Huang and Dr Arnette make a great team. They both are very experienced, knowledgeable, professional, and concerned with my needs as a patient. If and when I’ve had any questions or concerns about any issues, they’ve put my well being first before anything else, and would set up meetings to discuss and educate me on any topics to ensure my comfort to put me at ease before, during, or after a procedure. I’ve learned so much from them about my health that no other drs have discovered ie: I had this tinnitus that stopped after they discovered an underlying health issue. I’ve had high prolactin levels causing me to have sensitive and sore breasts, which was not discovered by any other drs before. Now that that is being treated, I feel so much better. I would’ve never known w/out them. As far as the process of getting pregnant after each treatment, it is something that takes it’s toll on you. I’ve felt disappointed and it’s not easy, but this is part of the expectations going into it, especially at my age. I am still trying and will start my 2nd round of IVF treatment soon. I’m grateful to be blessed to have this opportunity and to have a team of professionals who care about their patients and want us to succeed at becoming pregnant. Thank you DR Huang and DR Arnette for everything. Go to ARCH for your fertility treatments! They are the greatest. There’s more info about their professional backgrounds on their website. Good luck to anyone who is reading this!

If I could give this clinic a less than one I would. This was the WORST experience I ever had. They were rude and the Doctor repeatedly stated that “He was the professional and knew best” even though I had issues with certain care that was making me Feel Sick. The front desk staff was very incompetent and gave me a headache when it came to being billed! If you are going through infertility it is a hard process within itself do not put yourself through the trauma and go to this clinic. Take your business elsewhere.

Worst clinic ever. Never have time for patients. Never answer their phone. Staff is very rude. Do not waste your time with insurance either. They will try to charge u and arm and a leg in hopes to reimburse u later. Honestly felt my worst at this clinic and more stressed out than any other clinic I have been to across the state. Would not recommend to anyone who has Tricare prime or anyone with high stress level.
