We’ve been with them for about a year and just graduated with our baby in my belly! From my first consultation with Dr. Schell, I knew she cared deeply about her patients. She took the time to explain IVF in detail and made it a lot less scary sounding. I never felt rushed and I always felt that I was lead in the right direction. When I had to get surgery elsewhere, she led me to the most wonderful surgeon and I trust her word on everything. The entire staff is great and the atmosphere is cozy, private and friendly. The staff at AFCC are all extremely friendly and responsive. The nurses especially, with their check in calls, are happy to answer any questions and really put you at ease. My doctor is Dr. Tumi, and I found her to be very warm, honest, and most importantly a great listener. From start to finish she listened to our questions and concerns and took time to call us in between appointments to check in. AFCC was recommended to me by a close friend and I’d recommend it to anyone!

The doctors and nurses are doing their best, however I believe they have too many patients at once to adequately serve everyone. I had communication issues with my prescription and now my prior authorization for genetic testing. The companies are having a hard time reaching someone at the clinic, stalling my process. I chose this clinic because of their rapport and success rates, but the amount of ups and downs with paperwork has added unnecessary frustration on my end.

I kept calling, the front desk kept telling me I am on the call list, someone will call me today for sure. No call back at all. I messaged 3times, called 3 times. Because this is the 2nd happened to me. My 1st round of retrieval the same, I was worried it may happen to me again, I tried to avoid this happening. Still.
