I just spent the last nearly one and a half years on my IVF journey with the Pinnacle team. I am so grateful I ended up with this clinic. The clinic is very well managed with a competent and compassionate team. I appreciate the dedicated care I received with Dr. Hutchison and Dr. Jordan. My nurse coordinator was Tara, was incredibly attentive and helpful. My financial coordinator was Vanessa, who was also very helpful. It is so nice to be able to contact your nurse and financial coordinators by text message and get quick responses. The clinic has good coverage for when any staff is out of the office, so I was never left waiting for information.

Dr. Hutchison and our care coordinator Savannah were amazing through every step of our journey. All other staff were also very kind and helpful during each appointment. Savannah's quick and knowledgeable responses helped us feel assured and comfortable every step of the way. We could not have asked for a better experience. We are very grateful for their services through this major life decision. Now that we've graduated from fertility care, I only wish we could continue to have Savannah's support throughout the rest of the pregnancy!

I have had an incredibly positive experience with Pinnacle Fertility Clinic and cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone beginning their fertility journey. Dr. Hutchinson is exceptional—knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate, always taking the time to explain each step and ensure I felt informed and confident in my care. My navigator, Kirsty, was absolutely wonderful. She was quick to respond to any questions, easy to connect with, and provided constant support and reassurance when I needed it most. I also want to recognize the front desk staff, the woman who handled blood draws, as well as all of the technicians and embryologists. Every person I interacted with was professional, kind, and genuinely compassionate. This entire team made what can be an overwhelming process feel manageable and supported, and I am truly grateful for the care I received.

Dr. Hutchinson is the most professional, easy to work with, and up to date/evidence based physician I could have asked for. My husband and I are forever grateful for his help and care. We got the outcomes we wanted and could not ask for anything more. Taylor was our coordinator, and she did a great job following up with me after appointments and making sure I understood the process. She answered questions quickly and was flexible. Clinic staff were always sweet to us, smiling, and made us feel comfortable during our visits there. They remembered our names even after just one visit. Would highly recommend using this clinic. Dr. H and his team are top level and we are lucky to have them in Tucson!
