After having an ectopic a year ago and a negative experience at another clinic we found Dr. Ratcliffe. Our experience with Dr. Ratcliffe was extremely positive. She is direct & honest about the fertility process. It is very clear that she is dedicated to the process. Additionally, AFMG is much more financially accessible than most other fertility clinics allowing us to complete a successful round of IVF. We were extremely happy with our care at AFMG and happy to report a successful pregnancy.

Spent $240 and 30 minutes of time time for this women to question me in an interrogating tone and answer my questions condescendingly. I stopped her mid way through the apt to express that I was feeling uncomfortable with our interaction thus far and she disregarded my comment and just continued on. Once we ended the apt I felt completely drained, stressed, uninformed, unsupported, and essentially broke down crying. I’ve yet to complete the vaginal ultrasound that is included in the initial apt. I can’t imagine meeting this woman face to face and letting her touch my body. I requested a refund but they denied it. Don’t waste your time or money here. Go somewhere else.

Dr. Ratcliffe and her team helped me conceive my son and I returned 1 year later to try for #2 after a bit of a journey I'm pregnant again, thanks to her and the teams help.
