After a HORRIBLE first experience at another fertility clinic, there was a lot of worry about starting a fresh cycle of ICSI at ABC Bury. There needn’t have been as Emma was phenomenal from the very first appointment. She kept in regular contact, saw me often and treated myself and my family like human beings instead of a statistic. All of the staff during the egg collection and transfer process were honestly incredible. Everything was explained to me clearly and even if it wasn’t always the answer I wanted- my health and wellbeing were always at the forefront. I sit here now with my 9 month old baby girl Olive and honestly couldn’t be more thankful for all that Emma and team ABC have done for me and my family. Olive was able to meet my Dad and her Pampy before he passed away exactly a year to the day that I had my transfer with her. Honestly. Thank you for everything. We are eternally thankful to you for completing our family.

I can’t thank ABC bury enough.. I was very scared about going through IVF treatment but as soon as I spoke to Emma I was put at ease she is amazing and all the way through she was always at the end of the Phone no matter what time time!
