Avoid Dr. Alder. He is unsympathetic, rude and treats patients as objects, with no empathy. I do not recommend!

I also do not recommend the clinic. If it weren’t for the fact that before the first visit I asked about all the costs of the tests and the procedure, I would have been cheated of well over a thousand zlotys. First, despite blood collection, some tests were not performed at all, and if it wasn’t for my question during the next visit, which I paid so much for previously, I would have had to pay for these tests again because no one was monitoring them, even though, as it turned out, all the information was in the system. After the puncture, I paid for the procedure, and then after a few hours I received a call that I had to pay more than PLN 1,000. It wasn’t until a few days later that a red light came on that something wasn’t right. I submitted a complaint by e-mail and yes, I was right, I was charged PLN 1,000 too much. If I hadn’t taken care of it myself, would it have been noticed? I doubt it.
The whole process cost me additional and unnecessary stress and nerves.
If someone decides to go to this clinic, let them first find out about all the costs and carefully pay attention to what they pay for, because as you can see, it can be quite a ride.

This is a tragedy. I came for an ultrasound to find out if I have polycystic ovary syndrome. I spent over PLN 250. The description said that I had this disease (although the photo did not prove it), I went to another gynecologist and he laughed and said that I was NOT sick, and what kind of “doctor” was he who told me this (the photos did not show anything that would be related to polycystic ovary syndrome). For a private clinic, your level is the same as the floor…

It would be worth making more of an effort to treat each patient rather than treating everyone in the same way
The women waiting there want to be mothers, they have their own problems, illnesses, and they come to you with hope
And the staff is modest
And how many in vitro pregnancies has the clinic managed to achieve in 2023? No one writes or says anything?
Why should this be available somewhere
Please act, treat, try, because every couple t is here for you to help them, perform specific ultrasound tests, both partners look for the cause, and don’t tell the patients… that it didn’t work because you have this, that, that’s not an explanation or an answer

I am very satisfied with the treatment at the clinic. All the ladies at the registration desk are always super nice to me (especially you today, 12/09/24 around 11:25 – thank you, you made me feel better today for a long time with such a simple reminder about the receipt). I am also nice, friendly and understanding towards the ladies at the registration desk, I have often seen them have their hands full. However, regarding treatment at the clinic, I highly recommend it. Dr. Monika is an empathetic woman, a very good doctor with extensive knowledge. The doctor is there to help and support you whenever you need it. Visits are painless, comfortable and pleasant. I recommend this type of care and commitment from a doctor to every woman.

Very poor clinic, the ladies at the reception were not competent, we had about 5 situations when we were not tested because the lady at the reception “forgot, didn’t click, or whatever” and the referral didn’t go through, even though my husband and I were able to repeat exactly what tests we wanted. We are not able to check what we paid for on the receipt because it only says “Examination service” and all the tests are in one pile, not detailed, we have no access to the referral, maybe if the patient had seen this card, he would have intervened. We did two full in-vitro procedures there, the doctor was in a hurry during the visit, did not wash his hands and did not wear gloves. Always a delay of 40/50 minutes. After the in vitro procedure and after the transfers, I always struggled with some inflammation. When I came for a visit and asked for help, I was given some ointment that only made the situation worse, without any tests, without swabs, the ointment was administered blindly. I do not recommend it, if you care about time and your hard-earned money, stay as far away from this clinic as possible.
