The 2024–2028 public programme covers eligible women up to 42 with own eggs / donor sperm, or 45 with donor eggs / embryos; men up to 55.

Treatment is available to married or cohabiting heterosexual couples. Single women and same-sex couples are excluded from the ordinary legal pathway.

Ask whether the quoted fee covers stimulation medication, monitoring, egg retrieval, fertilisation, embryo transfer, freezing and storage. Confirm donor-material charges and cancellation terms separately.
