One star for the ladies at the reception, apart from them there were few positive things that happened to us at the clinic.
It’s not that we spent a lot of money and we are at the same stage as before the procedure, but the clinic itself leaves a lot to be desired. Doctors have too many patients in my opinion. The visits are very short, and I often felt like a patient who had only been checked off the list, not to mention the day of my puncture. I felt simply uncared for. To my complaint, I only received a response in which I felt blamed for the situation that occurred in the clinic and the lack of any understanding. Unfortunately, we did not have a full in vitro procedure, I will not return to the clinic because I was disappointed many times, the money for the package paid in advance is lost, the clinic does not refund the costs that were not used for the package. The coordinator said that it was a small amount that was not used, I understand because we incurred the costs, not the coordinator. The clinic claims that such a situation could not have occurred, but unfortunately it did. To me that’s disrespectful. Of course, I can continue treatment at the clinic and use the package until the end. Thank you very much, I am glad that I will support the clinic with this modest donation.
The clinic only confirmed the negative opinions that were already there about them.

I can recommend the Gyncentrum Clinic with a clear conscience, we started treatment in May, and I am already pregnant, we underwent the in vitro procedure (under the government program), which was successful the first time. The doctors we were treated by were Dr. Bednarska-Czerwińska and Dr. Poláček, always smiling, patiently answering all our questions, we felt taken care of from the very beginning. The midwives were very helpful, if they couldn’t answer the call they always called back, and the ladies at the reception were also very nice. As for the hotline, I never had to wait longer than a few minutes for a call, and there were no problems with issuing prescriptions or sick leave. This was our first infertility treatment clinic and we are really very pleased with the treatment and grateful that our dream of having a child has come true.

We are embarrassed by the approach to the patient, I confirm the previous opinions regarding not respecting the scheduled reception hours, this is the second time when the doctor invites patients according to her own schedule, regardless of the registration hours, when I ask at the registration desk why such situations occur, the answer is that many people have appointments. at the same time. If you don’t respect your time, this is the place for you.

I can wholeheartedly recommend the clinic after 2 successful transfers. All doctors working there are professional, nice and trustworthy. We always get comprehensive answers to our questions. The diagnosis was made quickly and accurately, so the treatment went well and everything was successful in a timely manner without any unnecessary disappointment. All we needed was a little patience and following the doctors’ recommendations. Best regards to the entire team working at Gyncentrum and thank you for helping us make our dream of having a child come true.

I can recommend it with a clear conscience! My husband and I have been trying to have a baby for 10 years… in June we started our adventure with treatment at the clinic and I am already pregnant (in vitro program). The ladies at the reception were very nice, I felt taken care of at every stage of treatment. Thank you very much to everyone at the clinic 😀
