Dr. Ogden, Tiffany, and all staff are truly special and amazing. we started this journey with little hope and low expectations after dealing with infertility for so long, and ended up with the best support system and a positive pregnancy. from answer any type of question, to ultrasounds, to anything i need they are always there. i couldnt imagine going anywheres else! thank you Tiffany and Dr. Ogden for giving us so much happiness 🙂

The nurses were absolutely amazing, explained every part of the process and were happy to answer questions as they came up. Worked with Beth primarily, and she was wonderful.

I have to give two shout outs…

Nurse Ashley- simply amazing. She is so caring, willing to take the time with you to answer any and all questions. Very personable. Always has a smile on her face. Very positive. I can go on and on.

Tiffany- by far the best at getting blood. She always can get my tricky veins on the first try!! Super sweet as well.

All the staff is great! Nick and I have had an amazing experience with this all even through the good and the bad!

It’s so hard for me to choose just ONE staff member to give a shout-out to. Dr. Ogden has been great explaining the processes, why she is doing what we are doing, and being empathetic. It’s always a “hang in there” that for some reason comforts us. All of the nursing staff has been great, a couple that I can remember their names; Beth (always responds to my silly questions over the portal), Kelly, Hannah, and Ashlee. To Tiffany in the lab who always gets my hard to stick veins. I can’t say enough good things about the staff at WFI for being there for us through some of the hardest days of our lives. We never feel like a number. The only down side I have about WFI is the departure of Dr. Pritts who I will always thank up and down.

Submitted a new patient profile online on 6/12. Have not heard from them. When I call no one answers. Struggling with infertility & getting to the point of IUI/IVF is hard enough but to have a facility close to you not even care about incoming patients, sucks. I would just make the drive to Iowa city or Chicago.

Save yourself time, money, and stress. Prior to being bought out, WFI actually cared about their patients. Now it’s nothing but a money grabbing company that does not care one bit about patient care. Shame on CEO Steve Shum and this Invo company for taking advantage of people in their vulnerable/desperate state of wanting a family. Infertility absolutely sucks and their practices have made it a million times worse to navigate through it. On top of it, they got rid of a brilliant doctor, one who is highly sought after for her work in this field. The whole infertility world knows what you did. Good luck finding people that will trust you.

The nurses for the most part are very welcoming. Nurse Kelly was the most helpful out of all of them and always answered questions you had and gave recommendations if needed.

In the year I was there, I never once saw the doctors and if I asked to see them they were always “busy” and couldn’t come talk. Did 6 IUI’s that felt rushed and half the time they didn’t have the right instruments or it was the wrong size and they would pretty much jam it inside to “make it work” which causes a ton of pain after.

If you asked any questions some nurses would say they weren’t sure and would just leave it at that. No research was done with issues that were brought up and it was brushed under the table or the question was just ignored and not answered even after follow up questions.

Long story short we ended up switching clinics and it turns out there is more going on and now the whole process needs to be started from square one.

Personally it felt like a lot of money was being spent for nothing and no help at all in a time when it was needed.
