Since day one, our coordinator has worked tirelessly to ensure that everything runs smoothly, and overall, we would say that the experience has been positive. Unfortunately, prior to the start of your cycle, there was an issue concerning the administration of the medication, which we tried our best to resolve. While I've done my utmost to assist, it's disheartening that your treatment at our clinic didn't proceed as planned, and I understand your perspective, though I believe some aspects of your review may not fully reflect the situation. We are deeply committed to providing comprehensive care, often going above and beyond for our patients.
