When it comes to something as delicate and life-changing as fertility treatment, finding the right clinic and doctor is paramount. After extensive research, glowing recommendations, and long contemplation, my husband and I decided to visit Mayer Clinic near Chichester, and we could not be more grateful for our decision. Here’s a detailed account of our experience with the clinic and our incredible fertility specialist, Dr. Dixit.
The first thing that struck me was the warmth and professionalism of the clinic staff. From the moment we walked into their beautifully designed, calming entrance space, we felt reassured. The reception team was courteous, empathetic, and well-organized. They efficiently gathered my husband’s sample and ensured we were comfortable.
Dr. Dixit personally welcomed us for the initial consultation. This was the first indication of her patient-centered approach, which turned out to be a hallmark of her care. She carefully reviewed our medical history, asked thoughtful, detailed questions to gain a complete understanding of our unique situation, discussed some test results requested by her prior consultation, and offered treatment options.
It didn’t feel rushed or clinical—it felt like a conversation with someone genuinely invested in our journey.
Everyone is so helpful, friendly and great at keeping us up to date. The whole process has been made much easier by the team at TFP. Thank you ♥️

“Frustrated by Excessive Form-Filling and Inefficient Process”
I am currently using this company’s service, and the amount of form-filling required is excessive—far more than what we experienced even in previous medical processes. The entire process is inefficient, requiring you to juggle multiple platforms, and I’m constantly receiving texts and emails to complete yet more forms. To make matters worse, some of the forms initially provided were incorrect; I started filling them out only to have them removed, and then had to start over with new ones. This process is wasting hours of my time, and surely there’s a more efficient way to manage it without so much hassle for the customer

“Overjoyed with My Journey: Grateful for the Amazing Care at This Clinic!”
Absolutely fantastic clinic. They are caring, understanding and just all round amazing. After 10years of miscarriages and ectopic and having my tubes removed ivf was our only option. When it was our time to leave the clinic as we were pregnant I didn’t want to leave. My son is now 13weeks old and I can not wait to go back for my 2nd round of ivf. Can not thank the amazing people here enough.
“Mixed Experience: Efficient Care But Emotional Turmoil at the Clinic”
This clinic are very efficient, and the short waiting times were amazing. I really appreciated the amount of time given to me during telephone consultations and I was shown so much consideration by dr Ingamells ,she was great. They have lots of very nice kind staff .
I am angry at this clinic that they felt like it was ok to put me through an emotional rollercoaster ride. Letting me order medications and then one day before treatment and starting meds tell me- a different dr has suggested that we wait like 8/9 mnths if not longer for a hospitaL appointment with a specialist . If I had waited that long , the medications would have expired and it would have been a waste of 1,300 pounds. The new clinic I have gone to have at least set a a proper procedure from day 1 – outlining that before the nurse appointment and ordering of meds ( which is the final stage) , they have layed out a treatment plan and now need to have a clinical meeting . Even their admin was aware of this procedure line. Yet at tfp – I brought this up with quality manager- and no answer whatsoever- no apology for the part that they played in tearing down my mental health- and then giving me a black mark against my name. They made a big error in communication and their medical director needs to be made aware of this
Also On a far less positive note I had a bad effect from antidepressant withdrawal and apparently shouted at a nurse after walking out of the clinic after egg collection ( I have no memory of this- literally none at all , which is awful I know) – – they stopped my treatment after this , it’s not in my nature to go around shouting at people but apologising was not enough- the fact that antidepressants cause me severe issues and being under the influence of sedation which effects judgement didn’t matter-( I suppose at the end of the day that’s how fertility clinics operate.)
A huge frustration for me was being told different information from different drs -good news was given to me one day in the morning and in the evening they phoned to tell me a complete opposite news absolutely breaking my heart(.that was a big thing that could have been prevented oin order to ensure my wellbeing- it was a rollercoaster of emotions (that probably lead to my anger. Tbh) these things do happen , but one of the drs wasn’t able to understand my upset and that didn’t make the care feel very personalised -which is what everyone talks about when it comes to this clinic from the reviews which I have read
I agree that this clinic is good – but as a whole – they let me down by not ensuring that I had access to a phone number for a high risk maternity dr who they wanted me to see before getting pregnant- they could have shown more individualised care for my overall circumstances to ensure that they helped me as quickly as possible ( after all that was what I was paying for) – I kept saying – do I need to book an appointment with this man or not??- they should have given me this number on appointment number 1 , yet four months later including a month after waiting for pgt a – still no number. That makes me feel – where was the care??all I got was “ugh.. let’s just see what happens-well , uh – it’s kind of vital that I know ( they told me the waiting list could be nearly a year long- which in itself was agonising to hear) . The dr did say to be fair we will discuss it in your treatment consultation in a few weeks time.. then two weeks later I get very bad new about the ivf cycle I’d just which is very upsetting- I’m told we will discuss your treatment plan / hopefully doing the new cycle in August( which was fantastic )- I was so excited then going to this appointment- then I’m crushed again “ we are stopping your treatment “!! they told me . I nearly passed out from the sheer amount of stress that I went through , they should have understood that I had already just had a week from hell – I was so not prepared for what hit me.

“Highly Recommend This Clinic: Our First IVF Round Led to a Successful Pregnancy!”
I would 100% recommend this clinic to anyone struggling with infertility & dreaming of having a baby. All the staff that we met were so kind, encouraging and answered all our questions. We were very lucky to get a large number of eggs and successful embryo’s from our first round of IVF. We did genetic screening which I would highly recommend to anyone with unexplained infertility or history of recurrent miscarriage.
Our first round of IVF resulted in a successful pregnancy and we now have our beautiful baby boy in our arms.
