Dr Malini Uppal and the whole team were fantastic from start to finish. What I feared would be a gruelling and tough experience, actually ended up being fun and uplifting. With spirits kept high we had a positive pregnancy test in 45 days, and are currently 13 weeks pregnant. I can’t thank the team enough for the gift they have given us. Roll on July 2025.

I really can’t thank the staff at London Women’s Clinic Bromley enough and highly recommend them. Having suffered with miscarriage and unexplained infertility for a number of years, my husband and I were extremely apprehensive to start on the IVF journey but from our very first appointment, we have been so well cared for and supported. Each time we have been to the clinic it has been more like visiting friends. A big thank you to everyone, including Dr Uppal, Sarah, Kate, Tilly and a very special thank you to Nikki who has truly been my rock throughout the entire process. Her endless positivity and energy has helped me through the hardest times. She has gone above and beyond and is so passionate about what she does.

Me and my husband started our very first fertility journey at LWC Bromley earlier in October . I wanted to give my unconditional gratitude to the entire team at the Bromley clinic, the genuine care and attention giving by all the staff especially Dr Uppal, Nikki, Laura, Sarah, Katie and Karran and all those behind the scenes that have made this journey so smooth and positive and making us feel so optimistic. We are forever grateful for your kindness and will 100% remember this incredible experience

The staff at the Bromley clinic are wonderful. My whole experience has been positive and I feel this is particularly down to the nurses. They have been a constant source of support and comfort. I have felt very well cared for and if I need anything, I know they are at the end of the phone. They are really prompt with messaging and really flexible with appointments. I can’t thank them enough.

I also want to thank the entire team, Laura, Sara, Dr. everyone who were always there to support me, take care of me, and make me feel special every step of the way. All the love you’ve shown me during this journey has been invaluable. Although I still have 33 weeks of pregnancy ahead, these first 7 have been the best thanks to all of you. Thank you so much for everything. We’ll see each other soon, with much love and gratitude.

I cannot recommend this clinic enough. We started our IVF journey with LWC in Bromley and didn’t quite know what to expect, so was slightly nervous. From the moment we arrived on our first appointment we were made to feel really comfortable and everyone was so welcoming. From start the finish, in our experience, it was an amazing journey. We feel so lucky to be welcoming our baby into the world next year, and it wouldn’t have been possible if it wasn’t from LWC and all the staff. A special mention to Nikki who was so lovely, so down to earth made me feel really at ease. You are a credit to LWC, along with Sarah who was so friendly and always on hand. George (I think that is his name) who worked in lab, he was very kind and explained everything to us in such detail. Just such a lovely team of people that can make dreams come true!

We are so immensely grateful to LWC for the guidance and support they’ve given on a very challenging journey. This can be more expensive than other local bigger providers, but, they give a truly individualised and caring service. From our experience across centres – we would choose them every time. They are also realistic and do not leave you hanging onto false hope – this seems bad when written – but truly helps to get to the best outcome. We felt that everybody we came across remembered us and were interested – be it Tilly at Reception, Jordan our patient liaison manager, Niki and Sarah – our nurses and Dr Arora – who was amazing. Niki and Sarah, in particular, always had time for us and must have spent many hours explaining things to us over the entirety of the cycle (repeatedly). We are very happy to be expecting in January – but bizarrely – also a bit sad to leave this great team behind. They are a great bunch of people we owe a great deal to.

We started with LWC in February this year and can not fault the care that we have received. Feeling very nervous when we started Nikki really helped to make all my scans feel a lot more relaxed and I felt she was there to help answer any questions I had.
A big thank you goes to Sarah who I was so grateful to have along side me throughout! She was there for every big moment I had at the clinic and always available on the phone or by email. Her caring nature is such a positive influence especially when going through such a big life changing event!
I am very grateful to have had Dr. Mallini as my doctor through each stage, her approach was exactly what I needed and I was very grateful for her knowledge and advise throughout. I have her to thank for my successful transfer and will be back to them in the future.
All the staff from reception to nurses to embryologists are so welcoming and you feel really known by name, I would recommend anyone to use LWC Bromley and was grateful that I found it at the right time
