My complaint letter to the Clinic –

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration regarding a recent experience I had with your clinic. I have been a patient of TFP Dansfert for several years, and my most recent encounter has left me deeply dissatisfied with the level of service and communication.

Approximately three weeks ago, I reached out to your clinic to inquire about the status of my remaining embryos. To my surprise, I was informed that I still had two embryos left in storage. This information was confirmed during multiple follow-up conversations with your clinic’s staff.

As I am over 46 years old, I was advised to have my embryos transferred to two other clinics, the names of which were provided to me by your clinic. Over the course of these three weeks, I had been diligently making arrangements with both clinics for the transfer of my embryos. This process involved a considerable amount of time and emotional investment, as I had high hopes for these embryos.

However, the entire process took a disheartening turn when I was informed by your clinic that a grave mistake had been made. I was told that there had been an error in confirming the availability of my embryos. To say that I was devastated by this news would be an understatement. This mistake not only disrupted my carefully planned arrangements but also caused me undue stress and anxiety during an already challenging time in my life.

I believe that such an error is entirely unacceptable for a reputable clinic like TFP Dansfert. It has not only eroded my trust in your organization but has also raised questions about the competency and accuracy of the information provided by your staff. It is disheartening to think that something as critical as the status of my embryos could be mishandled in such a manner.

I am writing this letter to request a thorough investigation into this matter and a detailed explanation of how this error occurred. Additionally, I believe it is essential for your clinic to review its internal processes and communication protocols to prevent such incidents from happening in the future.

Furthermore, I would appreciate it if your clinic could provide me with assurance that steps will be taken to mitigate the emotional distress and inconvenience caused by this mistake. This could include, but is not limited to, offering a sincere apology, covering any costs incurred due to the erroneous information provided, and reassessing the status of my embryos with the utmost accuracy.

I hope that TFP Dansfert will take this complaint seriously and work diligently to rectify the situation. As a patient who has entrusted your clinic with my reproductive health, I believe it is your responsibility to address this matter promptly and professionally.

Throughout our journey, Danish Fertility Clinic has been extremely competent and professional in both ups and downs.
We have always felt welcomed and in the best hands and never as just a number in the queue or a customer who keeps his money.
We have always received competent guidance and advice and have never doubted their skill and knowledge.

Almost 3 years ago (after 4 years of fighting in the public system) we contacted Danfert and soon after that we became pregnant with our son🙏💙
And now we are expecting number 2 in the summer of 2023, also with the help of Danfert.
We are eternally grateful because it was THEY who gave us the opportunity to become parents, even though we had initially lost both courage and hope…
So the biggest recommendations from here 🙏🥰

Skilled competent employees, we felt well informed about the process and had no doubt that we were in good hands.
We were even lucky enough to get pregnant on the first try with the help of the clinic, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping to make our family complete.

First impressions were good, but then when you got to the clinic, you were met with sour smiles and scoldings about the fact that you didn’t have tests taken, which you couldn’t because they didn’t send a reference for it and they don’t want to hear an explanation. When I first came they told me about 2 free inseminations and when I came afterwards it couldn’t be done anyway. The explanation was age. I think they should have stated this from the start. Got a door slammed in my head when I left by the owner after I asked why they changed their mind. She didn’t have time to explain and wanted us to find another clinic. Left there crying and confused about what I had done wrong. Definitely wouldn’t recommend them. Have now found another clinic that cannot understand, they said I was too old as the law says I am good enough.

I had a really good experience.
The staff were quite professional and I felt I was in good hands. They were pretty good at informing. There were different staff that I met, but I don’t think you can expect that there is someone who is here when you show up.

Despite the fact that I have been confirmed with endometriosis and a heart-shaped uterus – you couldn’t see anything. Either you didn’t have the skills for it and didn’t want to listen to me, otherwise you concentrate more on running patients through so you can get money. At least we have wasted 3 insemination attempts with you, which I am deeply unhappy about when I have such severe challenges that were not taken seriously
