I had the most traumatizing experience here, I was at the clinic for my fertility check and the receptionist forgot that I was waiting there for 30 mins for my blood test. The doctor was clueless during the scan and seemed incompetent!

After that, the doctor then gave me no new information besides stating the report numbers during consultation.

Fertility journey can be a sensitive one, and personally, I prefer better service and expertise over mere transactional engagement like the one at TFP. I am sorry, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

After years of trying to conceive, we decided to reach out to Boston Place.

About a month after our initial contact, we underwent our first egg retrieval. Since we needed PGT-SR embryo testing, the process took time, and it required five treatments to achieve the healthy embryo we had been hoping for. Now, we are overjoyed to have a beautiful little girl.

The staff at Boston Place Clinic was exceptional—kind, professional, and incredibly supportive throughout our journey. We couldn’t have asked for a better team or clinic to guide us through such a challenging time.

I had the most wonderful experience at every stage at TFP.

Our consultant Dr Hauzman was kind, compassionate but also realistic with our expectations. He really helped us to navigate a range of complex situations, answered our questions and simplified very advanced medicine in an easy to understand way, which was very helpful given our lack of medical degree! The nurses were absolutely wonderful and I had positive experiences with the embryology team too, despite some tricky circumstances.

Everyone from the sales team to the receptionist, to the midwifery teams were so delightful, and couldn’t have cared more about us, checking in on their holidays and checking in on our scans!

When I set up to look for a fertility clinic, I found it overwhelming as there is so much to choose from, but my friend recommended TFP, and I am thrilled with the choice I made. Stay away from this clinic. I am really not sure where to start. We did multiple rounds of IVF with Boston Place and the number of mistakes is astonishing. From the machine turning off mid transfer to 2 our frozen embryos from another clinic being transferred when it was contraindicated as I had liquid in the lining of my womb. No bloods were taken over the course of 2 years. What’s even more concerning is the lies and twisting of the chain of events when I escalated through their complaints policy. I have escalated this clinic to the HFEA for investigation. This clinic might have been personal a number of years back but with the change in management, and high staff turnover there seems to be a lack of qualified staff and embryologists constantly in training.

I had been waiting a long time for test results to arrive. When they did it was a piece of paper that for most people wouldn’t mean/explain anything. I asked what it meant and have been waiting for over two months for an explication. I called to give a reminder, I was assured someone call me back, and again nothing.. For the amount they charge it is a really poor service. My wife and I are leaving the clinic in search of better options and are requesting a refund. If you are considering using here, I would look elsewhere to assure you also don’t have a negative experience
