Dr Reid and her incredible team (specifically our case manager, Laura Bruce) guided us through our fertility journey. Laura Bruce was a beacon of light through the emotional and physical journey of IVF. We were blessed to welcome a child through their skilled team accompanied by their encouragement, kindness, clear direction, knowledge, professionalism and warm bedside manner. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. All of our questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. All of our fears and concerns were eased by their empathy and encouragement. We look forward to working with Dr Reid and Laura Bruce in the near future. Thank you RSC and the amazing team.

Four years ago, my husband and I sat down with Dr. Reid after being diagnosed with premature ovarian failure and finding out we would need to use donor eggs to conceive. She told us when we are ready, someday she will make sure I get pregnant. Today I am writing this now 10 weeks pregnant via donor egg ivf! We put our trust into Dr. Reid and knew she would help us make the best decisions through the process. With the assistance of Laura, our case manager who we were so fortunate to switch to after our donors retrieval, we had the best communication and a supportive, smooth transfer. I had a million questions about everything and a million more follow up to those, and they were always kind and patiently explained everything to me. Laura was always available for a phone call, calming me down when my anxiety was through the roof.

We are so thankful for being under the care of Dr. Reid and would absolutely recommend anyone starting this process to meet with her and hopefully have Laura as a case manager too!

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care and expertise provided by Dr.Reid and the RSC team throughout my IVF journey. Throughout each step of the treatment, Dr. Reid and the team ensured that I felt comfortable and informed. They provided clear explanations of each procedure and personalized recommendations based on my needs and medical history. Throughout our fertility journey with Dr. Sara Reid and the RSC team, we felt supported and encouraged. We had a long process, but their positive energy came at the moments when we were losing hope of building a family. In the middle of our journey, we had to relocate and had to interact with other fertility clinics; RSC stands out as the clinic where we were treated with humanity and not just another number. We had a primary clinical care coordinator instead of a team – which made a huge difference, the phlebotomy team was gentle with blood draws in stark contrast to other clinics, and the embryology team were genuinely excited to see the embryo they cared for be successfully implanted. Most importantly, Dr. Reid devised a successful treatment plan and was personally involved in the appointments, procedures, and even delivered news about key milestones. The RSC team accommodated our tight schedule and helped us despite being almost 3000 miles away. The entire team, including clinical care, phlebotomy, embryology, administration and finance, was wonderful to work with and we have appreciated their prompt responses and care throughout.

Dr. Reid is incredible. She’s extremely knowledgeable and was very kind and empathetic throughout our journey. Highly recommend working with her and RSC.
