For first-time patients waiting time of 6 months despite the information that you demonstrably do not have the time. Despite the polite lady on the other end of the line, the information that there was no other way was very devastating.

“My Supportive IVF Journey at OVA: A Caring Team That Feels Like Family”
IVF is extremely difficult emotionally and physically therefore you need people who can support through your journey. The staff at the clinic made my experience very positive; they listened to my complaints, let me breakdown on occasion and answered my endless questions. I spent most of my time with the nurses who ended up feeling like family as I interacted with them the most. The women really supported me and became my friends as I felt they really understood my struggle. Everything I felt from them were genuine and I really felt like they had my best interest at hart. The doctors are amazing especially after my first cycle. I communicated what I didn’t like and how I wanted to proceed and I felt heard. When they did push back they gave a clear explanation as to why in medical/science terms but ultimately did as I wanted. I also never had the feeling like they were trying to take my money ( I took breaks and they encouraged it), I’ve always felt that every approach taken was to achieve success. The team could only do so much, it’s really about luck. I found not researching everything really made me trust the process. I didn’t want to compare my experience with that of the Internet. OVA/IVF is a great clinic with a great team! If I were to say something negative, it would be that they are really busy.

With the support of the OVA IVF Clinic, we were able to fulfill a family’s wish. After several attempts, it worked the third time and we were allowed on November 3rd. holding our son in our hands. I felt very well advised and supported and am very grateful to you. I wish everyone who takes this path good luck and perseverance and can only say that everything was worth it and all the hardships will quickly be forgotten if it works.
One more note: I am glad that we were able to examine the fertilized eggs using a genetic test and would recommend it to everyone.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire OVA team from the bottom of our hearts.
We have never felt so comfortable and taken seriously in a doctor’s office.
The empathy and sensitivity of the employees is incredibly high (which is certainly not easy with so many women who are “pumped up” with hormones 🙂 ).
The doctors treat you individually and you are not just a “number”. We can only recommend this clinic.
I am currently 22 weeks pregnant and over the moon!
