In Vitro Fertilization Total includes Clinic Fee for IVF ($7,500: follicular ultrasounds, follicular aspiration, intravenous sedation, fertilization by ICSI, embryo culture, one embryo transfer) and Hormonal Monitoring for IVF ($1,000: phlebotomy and laboratory tests). Excludes medications (estimated $4,000-6,000) and cryopreservation of embryos.
Fertilization, culture and embryo transfer of Frozen Donor Eggs - includes ICSI fertilization, embryo culture to blastocyst, and transfer. Does not include egg purchase or medications.
