Great caring staff

I love it here! All of the nurses and technicians are genuine angels to work with! They are so professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Just little rays of sunshine during a pretty emotionally heavy time. I appreciate them so much and can’t say enough good things about them!

Dr. Minassian has been a pleasure to work with as well. He’s been kind and sensitive towards my situation, while also being straightforward. He does the balance very well. There’s no doubting his knowledge or experience. His devotion to his profession and patients is very evident. He explains everything very well too. I do not feel rushed or like “just a number”. It’s such a blessing and relief to be able to trust your doctor (not once have I felt the need to Google things after or between appointments!) 🙂

I couldn’t be happier with this place. I feel so supported here. 10/10 would recommend!

I feel like I have hope

This was this worst medical experience I have ever had. The procedures to find out if i could get pregnant were awful. It said that different people experience a different level of pain. i experienced a level 9 pain. since then i have dropped a kayak on my big toe, partially dislocated my shoulder, and smacked my face off a counter while slipping in the tub. all have which not even touched the pain felt during one of two Main Line Fertility procedures. staff was kind

Dr Minassian and his staff at Mainline Fertility have been nothing but amazing. Always available to answer questions, have a direct conversation, treat and value you as person not a number. I have been under their care for 3 years and each treatment plan is reviewed in detail. Many options are gone over and decided upon as a group not just told this is the way you need to proceed.

Dr. Minassian has been so supportive through my IVF journey! So grateful to have him as my doctor. Always one step ahead, he has not failed us through this roller coaster journey and the many turns we have had to make with my case, I am very confident that one day we will have our miracle baby with the help of God first and Dr. Minassian!

If I could give Mainline negative stars I would. My husband and I felt that Dr. Minassian saw us as dollar signs and fed on vulnerabilities. He told us that I didn’t have much time left , I’m in my early thirties. That IVF was the only way to go. That I may hit menopause next year. I had to go for an in office procedure to the Bryn Mawr location where Dr. Minassian was going to perform it. During the procedure, I asked him about a previous finding from my last ultrasound and asked if it was visible during the procedure. His reply “ I’m not your doctor you’re going to have to contact the doctor “. I kept telling him you’re my doctor. Thankfully the ultrasound tech was in the room, she informed him that he is my doctor. His reply “ohhh I guess I am your doctor “. I had contacted their patient advocate about this experience. She was able to get me scheduled with another doctor. I had also informed the patient advocate that at another appointment he was reading me results of someone else’s blood work.

After the experience with Dr. Miniassian , my husband and I lost all confidence with mainline. We have left their “practice “ to another doctor’s office.

She was very nice and took the time to explain everything we left very satisfied
