A really great clinic. The doctors are compassionate and very motivated. All questions are answered without the feeling that there is no time for it. The medical assistants are also very nice. I can only recommend the clinic.

We were treated there and are very satisfied. The initial consultation took place in September 2023 and shortly afterwards we had a diagnosis and a treatment plan. The ICSI started in January and was fortunately successful.
Our supervising doctor was Dr. Freydanck. She was always professional, compassionate and explained all options to us in detail. We felt like we were in good hands at all times during these difficult times.
There is nothing negative to say about the other doctors, medical assistants, etc. either.

I have been a patient here several times and have been satisfied with the services, atmosphere and friendliness in the vast majority of cases: Dr. Mischitz is short and not everyone’s style, but Drs. Hepp, Freydank, Ochsenkühn and Hiller always made me feel like I was in good hands. The assistants are very nice and helpful. There are almost always waiting times, I once waited 45 minutes, but otherwise a maximum of 30 minutes. Not every treatment was successful, but you will receive good advice. I am very happy and grateful for two successful inseminations and an ICSI. I can only recommend the fertility center.

We can also only report positive things about the entire rest of the team; we were always greeted in a friendly manner and experienced sensitive treatment. I was closely monitored for many months by Dr. Freydanck and Fr. Dr. Hepp looked after. The appointments often felt stressful for me, but the ladies always took their time and supported me. The medical assistants were also available at any time to answer questions and answer questions. Appointment requests were quick and flexible.

I would contact you early for an appointment for the initial consultation, as there can sometimes be waiting times. But this is no different with family doctors or dentists in Germany. Once the treatment starts, every cycle is used and there are no delays.

A year ago I underwent IVF treatment. Despite high expectations and significant financial investment, the process was extremely disappointing

What bothered me most was the lack of individual attention. Despite my detailed description of my medical history, the medical staff did not seem to take my specifics into account. The clinic schedules me to have a procedure during the day, when my menstrual cycle usually starts early and there are likely to be no mature eggs. We were treated in this center but unfortunately the service is very poor. They do not offer personal treatment or advice. After our third embryo transfer, it took more than a month for them to remember us and ask if my wife was pregnant. After all, they don’t even listen to you when you complain about their treatment. When we visited the doctor for treatment, he always seemed like he was wasting his valuable time on us. He tried to leave the room before asking us if we had any questions. We had to get him to sit down so we could ask him our questions, which obviously worried him.

Our general comment is as follows: They prioritize the money they make over the success of the treatment and plan the treatment process accordingly.
