After a long wait…Today we met with Dr. Massoudi is on the phone. She was angry, tense and irritable. We told her that we did the blood tests at another center and wanted to continue the tests and complete the treatment to get pregnant. But she refused and asked to start again, which takes a lot of time. We were disappointed. She asked us to return to our previous center. She was harsh and indifferent to our feelings. Unfortunately it was a bad experience.

You are treated very well here. Dr. Hartschuh is very detailed and careful. We visited other clinics, but no clinic gave us so much time. We feel like we are understood and that the doctors here really want to support us.

a disastrous experience, unqualified staff, banal follow-up, every consultation with another person who knows nothing about your case. The clinic is oriented towards material profit (monetary benefit) and not the success of these patients. I absolutely cannot recommend it.

If you don’t get pregnant here, you won’t get pregnant anywhere else. My little miracle will soon be one year old and I have this clinic to thank for that. HERE it worked on the very first try.
During our first conversation with Dr. Hartschuh, she initially recommended a completely different clinic, which would have been a better fit for our initial situation. But I didn’t want to drive that far. So I asked her to please “treat” us. She accepted our wish and initiated everything. You immediately noticed that the focus here is on people and not on economic aspects. All appointments were carried out competently, I always felt comfortable and knew that every examination brought us a step forward. We followed everything and were ultimately rewarded.
Ms. Dr. Hartschuh was also available at any time and she also responded to my emails with calls, sometimes on weekends. I was always able to reach the girls at reception and always received an appropriate answer. I had to call the clinic’s emergency number once and a doctor was also available and helped me. I couldn’t have asked for better care.
In fact, I believe the professional expertise of the doctors here is second to none. They discuss cases together every day and choose the best possible course of action. Therefore, it is actually irrelevant which doctor carries out the fertility treatment. That we from Dr. Hard shoe treatment was simply due to scheduling reasons.
If you don’t understand waiting times, you can’t be helped! The appointment requests are huge and I was always grateful to get an appointment and was happy to wait in the waiting room. The entire treatment period went smoothly and was crowned with a baby.

I was with Dr. El Messaoudi has been in treatment for a long time and can highly recommend her due to her professional expertise and emphatic nature. Even when there was a high volume of patients, she took the time necessary for my treatment and my questions. She always explained her procedure and called me back promptly in an emergency situation.

She always encouraged me with her friendly manner.
Without the help of Dr. I would never have become pregnant with El Messaoudi and the entire team.
The aftercare is also excellent, Dr. El Messaoudi answers my emails and I have a lot of trust in her. I would contact her again at any time.

A few years ago I was very satisfied and recommended the practice to others. Then my doctor left and now, despite having an appointment, you sit in the waiting room for at least 45 minutes. I’ve even left after waiting an hour without being treated… The staff at reception and on the telephone are always in a bad mood, you rarely see a smile here.
I have always given the practice a chance because of past good experiences, but I will now change.

I came to the Endometriosis Center because of my endometriosis and the desire to become pregnant in the future. After detailed and very patient-oriented information, I successfully had eggs removed and frozen. Social Freezing was introduced to me by Dr. Lopes Martins explained it in the first place and I always felt like I was in good hands with her. Thank you for your great work.
