We fully understand that this situation may be emotionally challenging, and we are sincerely sorry that you were disappointed with the outcome of your treatment. We would like to assure you that all procedures were carried out in full accordance with established protocols and terms, which were clearly explained to all patients, including yourself, prior to the start of treatment. The conditions of the embryo guarantee, as well as our current price list, are communicated transparently before treatment begins. In this particular case, the requirements to apply the guarantee were not fully met by the patient. Nevertheless, following an individual assessment of your case, we decided to offer the guarantee regardless. We have already informed you about the option to continue treatment under this guarantee. We have been in direct contact with you for several weeks, doing our best to support you and find a resolution. We received your request for a copy of your medical documentation by email this past Saturday evening.
