I had a very bad experience, I would have preferred to invest the money in another clinic. There is a lot of chaos in the clinic.
Treatment was unsuccessful, but that is something to be expected with the procedure.
My dissatisfaction relates to the entire process.

I wrote to WhatsApp twice about the preliminary consultation offered by the clinic. The first time they told me that the clinic was not open until January 3, although my question was to sign up for a consultation, and not to write when the clinic was not open. I wrote to the chat for the second time, again asking to schedule me for a consultation – again they did not schedule a consultation with a doctor where I could ask my questions. The clinic invested so much money in advertising, but the client came for a consultation and was completely ignored. A call request on the website also remained unanswered. Very strange. You need to work with technical support. Complete disinterest, which in your sensitive area is a red flag

Good afternoon. My husband and I really want to thank this clinic for making our dream come true. We express our sincere gratitude to our doctor Natalya Savelyeva and coordinator Natalya Surovskaya for their high professionalism, friendliness, and support 24 hours a day. We also thank all the clinic staff for their well-organized, well-coordinated work.

⭐ Europaklinik Prague – A difference like day and night! ⭐

After many disappointments at the Invicta Clinic in Poland Wroclaw where my entire treatment went wrong, I decided on the European Clinic in Prague – and so far the difference couldn’t be bigger!

At the Invicta clinic I had to have blood drawn for a week, but my ovulation was triggered too early and the entire treatment didn’t go as it should. After the egg retrieval (pick-up), I didn’t hear back from the doctors until six weeks later – far too late! Communication was a disaster.

It’s completely different at the European Clinic in Prague: I had my first contact yesterday and I already feel like I’m being well looked after. Whether by email or telephone – everyone can be reached immediately, patiently answers every question and finally gives me the feeling that I am being taken seriously.

The treatment is still to come, but so far I’m just relieved to have found a clinic that is competent, professional and, above all, humane. I will report again after the treatment, but I can already say: The Invicta Clinic can do a very good job here!

If you are looking for a reliable and transparent fertility clinic, you should definitely take a look at the Europaklinik!

We switched to Europe IVF from another center and knew right from the first visit that it was a good choice. Everyone very nice and professional. In addition, the premises of the clinic are very nice, modern and at the same time cozy, so you feel good here. I can only recommend.

It was a pleasure to work with Europe IVF, with the coordinator Mrs. Alexandra Read who advised us and who had the patience and kindness to professionally answer all our questions. One of the worst IVF clinics in Prague advised there is 4 embryos available at day 4 and then on day 5 all gone they had no staff as 2 doctors off sick and 3 in Lisbon Marija is a complete disaster of a coordinator and all they want is your money no empathy for patients and do not reply to your emails the report from the embryologist looks like a 5 year old has done it all the signs of a scam avoid and go else where.

Bad experience, I do not recommend this clinic
