We had a great experience with Eugin team. From start to finish they took care of all our needs, answered all our questions and concerns. We did our first IVF in the United States it was extremely costly and didn’t work. To be honest I felt like we were just a number and it was about the money. With Eugin was a totally different experience we have a healthy six month old. I highly recommend this clinic, they are the best!

Very bad experience with egg freezing. They overstimulated me, missed out the perfect ovulation timing and took out only 5 eggs out of 28 follicles! I have warned them several times over the phone that I was developing too many follicles too quickly and asked if I should modify the protocol; they said all is fine. In the plane on the way to Barcelona, I was barely able to sit, I was in so much pain, I thought my ovaries were going to explode. Upon arrival the nurse was so kind and enthusiastic about my high level of follicles. The doctor that was following me (that seemed nice) wasn’t there to perform the retrieval. A young, cold and arrogant doctor just told me “you had five, that’s what we took.” I said how is this possible?! They refused to provide an apology and admit their mistake, they tried to persuade me that it’s normal. They also changed the versions several times. They are a scam with no ethics, just business. I couldn’t afford another series of egg freezing.

After 4 years of PMA in France which ended in failure, we turned to Eugin. First transfer to Barcelona in April 2024 and a success! Our little man was born on January 10, 2025 and fills us with happiness. Thank you ❤️
