My experience at Create was very positive. Sensitive and kind staff, good communication & organisation, and a very professional set up. They are also not the only clinic we have attended, so can say objectively that they are amongst the best and we would recommend them highly.

We went to this clinic through NHS funding, had three embryos created, unfortunately first embryo transfer didn’t work and it was followed by another one about a month later and it was successful. We couldn’t be more grateful for our little family 💙

I have quality friendly and supportive experience with Create Fertility during my treatments and when transferring and by by day 10 to 12 of embryo transfer, I am confirmed pregnant.

Had an awful experience and when trying to contact the clinic I have received no contact back. Instead I was scheduled for the doctor to call which was triggering as the results were upsetting so the last thing I needed was to go over them again. I cancelled and asked someone else to call me and still no call. My first contact was over a month ago.

I was consulted at this clinic five months ago, checked my AMH and scan.In just a few days my results were very different from those from the last clinic. I think this is very abnormal, At my urging, they offered me a free test a month later, which turned out to be similar to my last clinic. The doctor, however, could not explain. He only told me that my follicles would grow or decline every month, but AMH he could not account for that. This is a rather unprofessional clinic, and when you ask a question on Whatsapp that they can’t answer, they go straight into silence.

we chose the create fertility saint pauls clinic in London for the second time, for a IUI procedure even though we could have carried out this IUI procedure in France. WHY ? Because the support from doctors, nurses and other members of staff is particularly excellent. we were welcomed like friends, even 4 years after our first IUI procedure, that made all the difference. 2 IUI procedures, 2 pregnancies! just great, they know what they do and they do great! As I have extremely low AMH for my age I was aware some clinics wouldn’t give me the time of day but Create were willing to give me a go. The consultants were reassuring whenever I spoke to them and I felt very supported by the nurse consultant I saw at the Loughton clinic, Yemi, who was always there with a positive but realistic outlook which really was what I needed.
My first transfer sadly ended in miscarriage but my second transfer was successful and I now have the baby I always dreamed of. When I had my first miscarriage the team suspected a possible ectopic pregnancy and the care they provided was amazing. The head nurse stayed in touch with me for a few days until she knew everything was ok. It turned it to be fluid and not an eptopic but I felt very cared for by the team at Create who stayed in touch with me throughout going to hospital.
Pros – nurses and doctors were fantastic
Cons – customer service when calling to arrange appointments ect could be slow at hearing back

I strongly urge anyone considering CREATE Fertility to think twice before proceeding. Please read my review carefully and reconsider your decision.

Despite having a sperm count of 90 million per ml, we were convinced by CREATE to undergo the ICSI procedure, which came at an additional cost of £1,350 that roughly equivalent to my entire year’s worth of coffee expenses. We hadn’t initially planned on this, but we trusted their advice and went ahead, expecting better results due to the supposed benefits of ICSI. Yet, after all that, they ended up freezing just one embryo.

Here’s how the process unfolded: They retrieved 12 eggs, 11 of which were suitable for ICSI. Out of these, 9 successfully fertilized. On day 3, we were reassured that most of the embryos were of excellent quality. They froze one at that stage, even though my wife repeatedly requested that two embryos be frozen on day 3. She hoped that by day 5, at least two more embryos would reach the blastocyst stage, giving us a minimum of four to secure for future transfers. Her primary concern was avoiding the painful egg collection process again. Despite her multiple requests, we were abruptly told that none of the remaining embryos made it to day 5.

This was shocking. What happened to the other eight fertilized embryos after the costly ICSI procedure, which totaled £11,000. It’s hard not to feel like something went wrong. I strongly suspect they never even attempted to grow any of the embryos to blastocyst stage, despite their initial reassurances. It almost feels like they had already made up their minds to freeze just one embryo, regardless of how many eggs were retrieved, as a way to justify the steep costs of embryo freezing and transfer fees.

Another concern was how CREATE Fertility mishandled my previous IVF cycle information. Rather than using it to enhance to improve our chances, they appeared to reduce them. For instance, I had two frozen embryos from a prior cycle, yet CREATE only chose to freeze one. They then shifted the blame onto the previous cycle for the subpar outcome. To make matters worse, they leaned on the age factor as an excuse, despite the fact that only a couple of months had passed since my last cycle.

This left me feeling powerless, as if all my time, money, medication, and emotional investment had been wasted. When I expressed my concerns, rather than offering tangible solutions or accountability, they recommended their counseling sessions. While that might be helpful for some, to me it felt like they were deflecting responsibility rather than addressing the real issues.

CREATE misled me, both financially and emotionally in this quite challenging and emotionally draining process particularly the fertility treatment thats deeply personal and expensive. Sharing my review can help others make more informed decisions and potentially avoid similar experiences.
