I cannot express enough how grateful I am to BioART Fertility Centre. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and understanding. They took the time to explain every step of the process and answered all my questions with patience. The facilities are state-of-the-art, and I felt confident in their expertise.

I booked online on a Saturday and they called me on the Monday to confirm my appointment… That was the beginning of a dream come true. Going at it alone is already challenging enough, I’m so glad I didn’t have to deal with judgment on top of that. They were super friendly I felt at home. Although the doctors seem always in a rush (don’t get me wrong they know what they are doing)… The nurses are there to clarify any confusions via email, phone call or in person. Even the security guard literally runs to assist. Just a warning, don’t drink too much water, a bit of patience is required if you’re a super punctual person, but trust the process. After only one round of IVF I’m now a proud mother of a beautiful baby boy, I couldn’t be happier, thank you so much Bioart team.
