Hello, I am a Tunisian patient of this establishment as well as my wife, have gone through all the necessary stages of admission and with the help of the patient assistant Liela Dadda. Unfortunately I tried quite a few times to contact the establishment via their telephone and email but still no response, in order to finalize the necessary procedures with them. Per quanto riguarda i cambiamenti all’interno dell’équipe che ti ha seguito, il cambio di medico, nello specifico, è avvenuto perché la dottoressa di riferimento ha iniziato il congedo di maternità, circostanza che ha reso necessaria una riorganizzazione dell’assistenza. In ogni momento abbiamo cercato di garantire la continuità del follow-up e che questo fosse affidato a professionisti con esperienza all’interno dell’équipe. Per quanto riguarda la gestione dei pagamenti, le nostre condizioni e le relative scadenze vengono comunicate in anticipo e fanno parte dei requisiti necessari per poter proseguire con le diverse fasi del trattamento. In questo caso, sono state applicate le stesse condizioni e procedure stabilite dalla clinica. Siamo consapevoli che i trattamenti di procreazione medicalmente assistita sono processi complessi, nei quali intervengono numerosi fattori e che possono essere vissuti con particolare intensità.
