The staff are fantastic, understanding and kind. We felt informed throughout the whole process. Also as a lesbian couple we felt the service was inclusive and felt safe at all times.

Would 100% recommend, especially the Nottingham clinic! Me and my wife started our ivf journey here in May, and we couldn’t of wished for an even better treatment or experience! From the moment we walked in and met Harriet and Penny at our first consultation appointment, they were both extremely warm and welcoming, we was instantly comfortable and relaxed. This continued throughout every visit! Both were always extremely helpful with anything we needed! And would get back to us extremely fast when possible! So when we had questions or queries we never felt alone or overwhelmed thanks to them both! We always felt confident in the fact we was receiving the best treatment we could possibly get and had 100% trust in Penny, and all the decisions that were made for our journey ahead! Our last appointment was a mix of emotions, we was extremely sad to be saying goodbye, but over the moon that thanks to the help from this amazing clinic and amazing people, we are now the proudest parents of a beautiful baby girl!!! ❤️ thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts!!
