Our experiences with the clinic were consistently positive. The entire team works professionally and sensitively. We would like to say a very special thank you to Dr. Müller-Stucki, very competent and impressed us enormously with her expertise and empathy.

Another big thank you goes to our case manager Ms. Duc. She was always there for us, answered our questions at any time and accompanied us through all phases of the process. We felt we were in good hands ❤️.

We are 100% satisfied with the fertility center and especially with Dr. Idol. We tried several practices and only with him did I feel so well looked after. Thanks to him, I am finally pregnant after a long time. I can only recommend this practice.

Not recommendable! Had to postpone ongoing therapy (insemination) “due to internal training”.

Lack of empathy and generally we didn’t feel like we were in good hands.

Dr. Jung was nice and empathetic, but Excellent at rattling off statistics… it’s like they only see the negative. Not very good energy to start with..Dr. Peric although friendly seems less interested in her patient. doing FSH test at any time of the month(which we learnt should be done during the menstruation), ignoring things seen on scans, didn’t even look at the tubes, and just telling you to “play it by ear” naturally in the mean time, with no real plan or advice. It was very disappointing. Doctors need to see patients as human beings and also look at them holistically, including over all health…not just looking for young patients (below 35) that seem like the easy job.

From the start my stomach feeling about this clinic was not good. It started with that the doctor told me that it was something strange about my client number.. never had any follow up on that.

Second, they registered all my fertility test done by my gynecologist from Summer 2020 when they war actually were done in February 2021.

Third, they didn’t give me enough injections for my first treatment I only realized it when my Gonal F pen was empty and on my treatment plan it was written I had to take at least three more shots. I emailed the clinic and they told me to come and pick up a new pen but I needed to get it from the company on the first floor because there was no one at the office at the moment. When entering on the first floor no one knew about this and I had to argue with them and show the email correspondence with the clinic. Finally I got my pen…

Fourth, the assistant kept telling me that they were missing the fertility tests of my husband. I called my gynecologist to confirm that they had sent them, which they had done. On the next visit I asked my doctor if all our documents were in order and she said yes. When seeing the assistant to get my new injections, she still told me that the tests from my husband were missing. I then needed to ask the doctor to confirm to the assistant that everything was ok. Finally I had some clearance on that….

Fifth, they are always late for the appointments! One time I had to wait 45 min. In that case they could have called me before to say that they were running late in the schedule but they didn’t..

Sixth, when starting my first IVF plan (I only did IUI before) they did a mistake in my treatment plan. Since I didn’t have a great trust with the clinic I really studied the treatment plan and realized it didn’t make any sense. I called them to clarify this and it turns out that they had forgotten to send me the updated corrected plan… If I haven’t seen this on time my whole treatment would have gone wrong…

This is mostly small stuff that went wrong (except for the last one) but they are too many! Clients are paying a lot of money for these treatments and it seems like this clinic is not careful enough and too un-organized to make the customer feel like they are in good hands.

I am totally sure that if I would continue with this clinic I could have a successful IVF, it is not why I have chosen to try somewhere else, but I don’t feel well here. Every time I have to go there I’m full of anxiety. Maybe it will not be better at another clinic but at least I hope so.

We were with this clinic for years trying to conceive. On our journey we found Herr Dr. Götze very empathetic and supportive. He is also very honest and does not give false hopes. The rest of the staff are also very friendly and organized. We would recommend this clinic.

We had three IVFs at the clinic, and the treatment was beyond unsatisfactory. Dr.Goetze and the staff seemed more concerned with charging exuberant prices than helping achieve pregnancies. First, the stimulation protocol was not carefully planned and Dr.Goetze kept repeating the same protocol with the most expensive drugs despite the lack of success on these drugs. Further, the lab is completely inapt at properly handling the embryos. To test the eggs, Dr.Goetze recommended that the day 1 embryos be sent to another lab that might be equipped to analyze them better (extra charge of course). The transportation of back and forth between labs and poor care resulted in damaged embryos. We didn’t even get an apology. In the end, we just received a multitude of bills (we were even overcharged by CHF 2K and needed legal help to resolve this). After three IVFs with Dr.Goetze, we went to a new clinic where we successfully became pregnant. To any prospective patients, do your research before committing to a clinic- understand the success rate of the clinic according to various ages as well fertility conditions. And, assess the capabilities of a lab and the physician’s experience. In hindsight, all the warning signs where there with 360 Grad, but we didn’t react in time. Good luck!
