IVF laws in Armenia: age limits, eligibility & donor rules
Armenia’s reproductive-health law permits treatment for married couples and unmarried individuals, including single women. Egg and sperm donation are regulated, and known-donor contracts require notarisation. Female-couple parentage and procedure-specific age limits need confirmation. Foreign patients must distinguish IVF from surrogacy, which has additional nationality and genetic-relationship restrictions under the current law.
