What the published fees include

My Clinic Riga’s €1,830 own-egg IVF fee includes embryo transfer. The same laboratory fee does not include donor eggs: fresh donation is listed separately at €8,000, or frozen eggs at €750 each. It is excluded from donor-egg comparison. Clinic / official source ↗

EGV now lists IVF at €1,910. Its older €1,880 database record and an embryo-freezing fee labelled as egg freezing are excluded pending correction. Clinic / official source ↗

Amounts are kept in their source currency. One lowest starting price per clinic, treatment and currency is used; insurance co-payments and IVF transfer-only fragments are excluded. Package inclusions differ, so these figures are not complete treatment budgets.

IVF funding and eligibility in Latvia

NVD-funded treatment can start through age 40 inclusive. Successful stimulation begun within that age range may continue to a fresh transfer; three unsuccessful state-funded procedures exhaust the described entitlement.

Section 13 allows a heterosexual couple or a woman to request treatment in writing. Single-woman access does not by itself establish couple access or joint parentage for two women.

Ask whether the quoted fee covers stimulation medication, monitoring, egg retrieval, fertilisation, embryo transfer, freezing and storage. Confirm donor-material charges and cancellation terms separately.
