Law 40 restricts treatment to living adult heterosexual couples who are married or cohabiting. The Constitutional Court upheld the exclusion of single women in 2025.
Ask whether the quoted fee covers stimulation medication, monitoring, egg retrieval, fertilisation, embryo transfer, freezing and storage. Confirm donor-material charges and cancellation terms separately.
