HSE-funded IVF/ICSI requires a woman under 41 and a man under 60, residence and other criteria. Donor treatment, single women and same-sex couples are not currently covered.

Private treatment is available to single women and female couples, including donor treatment. HSE funding has narrower eligibility.

Ask whether the quoted fee covers stimulation medication, monitoring, egg retrieval, fertilisation, embryo transfer, freezing and storage. Confirm donor-material charges and cancellation terms separately.
