What the published fees include

The Act provides eligible HZZO patients with four IUI attempts and six IVF attempts, including two natural-cycle attempts. Coverage normally applies until the 42nd birthday, with medically justified exceptions.

Croatian law allows married or cohabiting heterosexual couples and qualifying single women after unsuccessful or futile infertility treatment. The single-woman provision excludes women in a same-sex union.

Ask whether the quoted fee covers stimulation medication, monitoring, egg retrieval, fertilisation, embryo transfer, freezing and storage. Confirm donor-material charges and cancellation terms separately.
