My first impression of the clinic was great. For the first week, we worked with a very kind, patient, compassionate nurse, but things went downhill when we were reassigned to a much younger nurse with an attitude problem. The hormones I needed were unavailable, which resulted in me having to take an extra injection to balance it out. Technical questions were greeted with exasperation. I was reminded many, many times of how old I was (39) and how it would be nearly impossible to get pregnant. The negative attitude did not help the process. The egg harvest went poorly (only 4 eggs) with no explanation of why or how it could be improved. I cried alone in the recovery room without a kind word from any staff member.
The day of implantation, I did not have a full enough bladder, which caused the doctor to become aggressive. She was incredibly rude and was very rough during the embryo implementation procedure. It felt as if I was being punished. The procedure was unnecessarily forceful and, therefore, painful, and again, I received zero empathy from any staff.
We discovered later that they had implanted a very low quality embryo, which then did not survive. When informed over the phone that none of my embryos had survived, the nurse asked if I had any eggs frozen. When I said no, she ended the call. No follow-up was made by the clinic.
They are not interested in your well-being. Nor are they interested in you starting a family. This is purely a business to them. I urge you to research other clinics in Vienna.

I and my husband would like to thank the entire team at the fertility clinic for their great friendliness and willingness to help. Grateful for Dr. Brunbauer’s Caring Team as I Celebrate My First Pregnancy!
My husband and I would like to thank the caring and friendly team at Dr. Brunbauer would like to express our thanks.
After sixteen years of marriage and three unwanted miscarriages, I am now nine weeks pregnant for the first time.
We hope this pregnancy is successful and look forward to returning to the clinic with our newborn baby to say thank you again.

“Exceptional Care and Support at This Egg Freezing Clinic”
I came to this clinic for an egg freezing procedure, in a sensitive situation and age. The clinic and all of its staff were extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind, caring and compassionate. They always took the time to answer my questions thoroughly via telephone, email or in person, and made time to see me when needed outside the standard procedure. I would highly recommend this clinic to any woman undergoing any type of fertility treatment.

“Grateful for Dr. Brunbauer and Team: After 5 Failed Attempts, I’m Pregnant and Thrilled!”
After 5 unsuccessful attempts at another clinic, we decided to change the clinic and chose Dr. Brunbauer became aware. After a few tests and optimizations, it worked right the first time *.* I am now in the 22nd week of pregnancy and overjoyed and grateful! A special thank you goes to Doctor Schneeweiss-Friedl, who took great care of us and was always available if we had any questions!
We would also like to especially thank the nurse Sarah Thaler, who accompanied us on our journey and was always very warm.
